Disappointment
– The charger cable broke at the first use- I purchased a year of cloud storage. After a week, the account no longer accepts my phone. I have no access to the online storage.- The instructions say to read the QR code at the bottom of the device. There is no QR code on the device.- The micro SDL card slot is hard to reach and handle. There is a gap between the slot and the body of the camera. So, my SDL card fell into the hollow body.- The instruction never mentioned that if I am currently on the app, that portion of the footage won’t be saved. Therefore, I lost significant evidence because I accidentally witnessed an action.

Good product but instructions seems a bit complicated
The 4MP 2.4G/5G Indoor Security Camera offers a fantastic 360° view and the bonus of having 2 cameras in 1 is a huge plus, especially for pet monitoring. However, the setup process was quite confusing, and I struggled with configuring it to stop taking pictures of every movement. Additionally, while the app seems modern and up-to-date, it prompts for upgrades to unlock more features. Despite these drawbacks, the camera itself performs well and provides clear image and peace of mind for home security and pet monitoring needs.

This camera is amazing! Great picture, many options and functions, and easy set up. Well worth the money and quality. It works great and allow me to cheek up on things when I am away. I can not only see but also listen and talk to people or pets where the camera is.

Bei jedem Öffnen der App wird man gefragt, ob man das Abo der Cloud verlängern möchte und auch die Benachrichtigungseinstellungen soll man prüfen. Ich möchte aber weder die Cloud noch bei jedem Windstoß eine Nachricht auf mein Handy erhalten.Der Artikel wird mit einer 30-Tägigen Cloud Testphase beworben. In der Realität sind es aber nur 7 Tage. Mittlerweile wurde die Artikelbeschreibung korrigiert. Jetzt steht dort auch nur 7 Tage Testphase. Ein Abo kostet 9€ pro Monat.In der App kann man den Service anschreiben, ich habe aber nie eine Antwort erhalten.In der App wird ein dezenter Werbebanner eingeblendet. Damit kann ich leben.Mit der Bildqualität bin ich im dunkeln und hellen zufrieden. Es gibt den Modi: nur Infrarotlicht / bei Bewegung noch normales LED Fülllicht/ LED Fülllicht immer an.Man kann mit der App auch ein Audiosignal an den Lautsprecher der Kamera schicken und sich also unterhalten.Die Erkennungsempfindlichkeit kann ich drei stärken eingestellt werden sowie auch auf Ton reagieren. Das Schwenken der Kamera funktioniert auch, ist aber etwas träge.Es gibt kostenpflichtige KI-Erkennung: Menschliche Körper, Bildabnormale Inspektion, Hausmeister (eine Person kontinuierlich abwesend, Flammen, Fahrzeuge, Viehbestand, Haustiere. Das kostet aber $5,99 (M) $47,99 (J).Die Qualität der Funktion konnte ich nicht testen.Eigentlich wollte ich die Kamera in meine Synology NAS mit einbinden. Aber es scheitert daran, dass ich keinen üblichen Webcam Zugriff auf den Stream habe. Und der Service hat mir nicht geantwortet.

This camera says it works on 5G and that’s what I have and I have a good solid connection, and multiple times I tried to connect and it would not allow me It doesn’t even have a QR code label on it so you could scan. Although there’s another way to do it by using your phone to have a QR code on it and let the camera scan it, it still didn’t work! I’m sending it back. It’s been an hour of trying..

This is pretty easy to set up, definitely recommend having it as close to the router as possible for initial set up. I tried a couple of times to connect from a different room and failed, as soon as I placed it by the router it connected and then I was able to place where I wanted. The initial voice sound is a little loud and jumped scared me when I first turned it on but overall I good pet camera. I like that I can choose where on the screen I want to focus and can move it as needed.
