Totally Useless – Joke
Bought with 64GB SD for monitoring inside of a birdhouse. Camera works OK for live viewing. Beyond that, app is worst I have ever seen. And video storage/retrieval impossible. Cannot view saved events. Cannot delete dozens of supposedly saved events showing in app. Cannot retrieve videos supposedly saved to “Album” – wherever those might be. Cannot set recording time following a motion detection trigger. Settings for changing video quality from SD to HD don’t work. Trivial issue but ridiculous – cannot even set time zone to where I live. Non-stop showing of cloud service ads. Maybe if you sign up to cloud instead of using SD card, it might work. But based on dismal experience so far, not going further down their rabbit hole. Sorry Amazon – back to you. (And based on all the other bad reviews I have now seen, I am stunned that you even offer this camera.)
