Awesome monitor update*
We’ve had it for a year and it’s worked awesome the cameras have great angles and i love knowing the temp in the room and has great range. Except it stopped charging today so we will see what customer support says and I’ll update my review. But it worked amazing for a year the monitor lasts a very long time and it was always reliable and good video quality and night vision. Update* I contacted customer support and even though I’m slightly over the 1 year they are replacing the monitor system. They were kind and respectful and very prompt with there replies! Definitely gotta love Great customer service!.

I’m very impressed with the Hello Baby baby monitor system! The video and audio quality are excellent, and it’s incredibly easy to use. It has made monitoring my baby so much easier and more stress-free.Initially, I had a small pairing issue with the first unit I received, but their customer service was outstanding. They responded quickly, were very understanding, and immediately offered a full replacement. The new unit works perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the product and the support I received.It’s rare to find such a reliable product backed by exceptional customer care. Highly recommended!

Doesn’t have virtually any range to it
I set it up like the previous hello baby monitor that I used to have but the antenna broke etc. was happy with the first one so assumed this would be equally good. Baby came over and we tried to use it and the range was ridiculous. As soon as I moved the receptor away from the camera more that one hallway away, i lost the visual. Has a really short range which virtually makes it useless to monitor the baby and see what is happening. Since there is only a one month window for return, I missed it slightly and am now stuck with the product.

Best baby monitor
I have been searching for the best baby monitor for a while, and this is it! It is extremely user friendly, lots of great features, and the signal goes super far. And the battery lasts all night with the screen off, and several hours with it on. Very happy with the Hello Baby monitor!

Very impressive for the price
This has by far been my favourite video monitor set to use. I love how user friendly the interface is on the monitor, it’s very easy to switch back and forth between the two cameras and the quality is so much better than I expected. I can even see my little one breathing when asleep. There are a lot of super helpful functions that are easy to access and toggle. The main reason I went for the set with two cameras, was to have a second set of eyes on my little one when I have to get stuff done around the house, in addition to the bedroom monitor for sleep. I love the 360 pan and tilt function, it allows me to keep my eyes on my little while giving me peace of mind that I’ll know if anything happens right away. The intercom function is pretty cool, being able to talk to my little while I’m in another room has been very useful when I can’t get to them right away. The range has been awesome so far, I can go anywhere in our home and even outside in the yard – this was one fearure I was worried about based on other reviews, but I haven’t had any issues so far and it has in fact surpassed my expectations in range and in every aspect. I can’t say enough good things about this product, as well as the customer service team; I had an issue with my screen and they were very swift to remedy the problem and were extremely helpful and kind during the process which was very refreshing. I would absolutely buy this again, and will 100% recomend this to all of my mom friends.

Not worth it.. quality is poor
Not worth it. I have reached out again to the manufacturer, will update if they are willing to help me this time.I have purchased this monitor with 1 camera twice now. I will say, the first one we got we loved. I used it every day, the screen was awesome, it had the date and time plus everything else you needed. The picture was clear and it was very affordable. The battery lasted really well.We did try to pair more cameras to the monitor but unfortunately there was no option to scroll through each camera or have a split screen to monitor all the camera feeds on a loop or simultaneously. We ended up returning the additional cameras.Unfortunately, the monitor stopped working a month after the warranty expired. We reached out to the manufacturer and there was no assistance.I looked and looked for another one and decided to repurchase the same monitor and camera. The new monitor is a day old. The picture quality is not as good, it does not display date and time like the other one did but the worst part is the sound clicks every few seconds!! Very disappointing.

Pretty Good for Price
Overall I really like this monitor. It picks up baby’s noises easily and picture quality is okay. Good enough you can tell if baby is awake or not, not as clear as aome others I’ve seen on the market. It does not have 29 hours of battery life like advertised though, we have to recharge our unit every day so it will make it through a 10 hour night. I also love that it doesn’t use wifi!

I’m a huge fan
3 Years ago we bought the previous model for my son and we are still using it every night and it works incredibly well. Now this new model has a couple of things that the other did not and believe it or not it makes a big difference. One of those thigs is the Time, it is a game changer in the middle of the night. We absolutely love all of its features. The PTZ capability is great to have and works flawlessly, the battery lasts the entire night, the noise detection levels are perfect (this model has a third one that the previous did not), the temperature reading is so useful, the volume is as high or low as you would like, the brightness control could be improved on this and in the previous model by having an extra dim option for the middle of the night. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product and I have already bought two and if any of mine break I will buy it again.

We’ve owned multiple monitors with three kids and this is the best monitor I’ve found AND it’s not super pricey. It pairs in seconds with the cameras and we travel with it very easily without anything breaking. The screen is large with great picture and easy to operate – we never even had to read instructions. If you’re looking for a camera that doesn’t use wi-fi then this is a winner!

Tengo ya un año con el, alcanza perfectamente la distancia entre uno y otro. La pantalla de ve bastante bien! La batería del monitor dura bastante aún con la cámara prendida. Es muy fácil de utilizar y creo que por el precio, comparado con otros, este monitor y cámara valen mucho la pena! Sin duda lo compraría nuevamente.

Exactly what I was looking for.Many functionalities. I used it while traveling and it worked pretty well. Good screen, nice features to turn on/off the volume, being able to speak. Night view works no problem. Good price too. Customer support answered questions fast.Only one thing is inconvenient: the charging cables are not very common. If you loose them you won’t be able to find replacement easily. Would suggest the company to change for usb-c or micro usb which are much more common and easy to pack when travelling. Especially for the monitor which need to be charged only once in a while (the camera needs to be plugged in all the time).
