Amazing product & brand!

Great baby monitor!!
We have the older model of the Hellobaby monitor and love it! We love this one more!! It has a big screen, a night light on it, clear picture during day and night (night vision is really clear). I like the split screen idea better than the older version which switches back and fourth between cameras every few seconds. It has clear sound. I like how the volume button is on it’s own instead of having to go through settings to find it. I also like how it has the date and time on the screen! It’s an overall amazing monitor!! I will keep buying them in the future!! 😀

Big upgrade from old unit
I had a 2nd hand vtech baby monitor, the battery life and video quality were terrible. This unit is a huge upgrade, the picture quality is great! I can actually see my lo on the monitor. The battery life as been great so far, 1 full charge and last through the night which is what I was looking for. Initial I had some issues with charging the unit, but I’ve reached out to the seller and they were able to resolve my issue by sending me a replacement unit. The only thing is switching from night mode to daylight gets delayed, sometimes I have to move the camera angle then it will switch to daylight mode, minor concern not a deal breaker.

Reliable, high definition, and customizable
We love our HelloBaby monitor and camera! This HelloBaby monitor has high definition (both for sounds and video, even in night mode) and excellent battery life. Also, we can use it while staying at hotels because it does not depend on a wi-fi connection. It is highly customizable in terms of its sound sensitivity; we adjust that setting depending on which parent sleeps with the monitor on their nightstand (my partner is a deep sleeper, so he needs the monitor to be louder for them to wake up). We are very happy with the purchase and have recommended it to a couple of friends who are expecting babies!

I always recommend the hello baby monitor to people. This newer version has lots of great upgrades and is very user friendly. Love the larger screen, and ability to add multiple cameras. Works great so far!

The new monitor seems to be working as decribedInitial review: Got this monitor as a replacement for another monitor. Just opened it and it’s way worse than my other one… sounds is delayed by 3+ seconds and video was so glitchy. Not usable. Requested refund right away 🙁

Very easy to set up and use. Camera came connected to the monitor and a long cord for both the camera and monitor. The lighting, sound, camera position and even zoom are all adjustable from the monitor and settings are all very clear and easy to find and use. I particularly like that i can click the power button once to turn the screen off while having the monitor on. The buttons light up once any one is clicked which is amazing for night time! I have had some issues with other monitors from the company and their customer service is incredible and have always been able to resolve the issues. Certainly a company that stands behind their product and id definitely do business with them again.My photos were all taken after a full night of use without charging the battery. Ive had the camera for nearly a week at the time of this review.

Really easy to set up. It was pretty much just plug and play. The picture quality is pretty good and I love that you can pan the camera around the room from the monitor. My one dislike is the volume controls. Even when I have it on the lowest volume setting, it’s pretty loud. Now that my little one is a bit older, I don’t want to hear every quiet little sound. So I wish I could turn the volume down a little lower. The battery life when unplugged is really long- pretty much all day long. Overall i would definitely recommend.

We really love this baby monitor! The best thing about it is that it doesn’t need Wi-Fi. We have another camera that’s Wi-Fi connected, and when the Wi-Fi stops working (which happens a lot), it’s such a headache. This one works perfectly every time without any of that hassle.The video and sound quality are great, and being able to move the camera using the monitor is such a nice feature. The signal is super reliable no matter where we are in the house. Overall, it’s been awesome and exactly what we needed!
