No sharp edges on handle!
I love this pasta server. It could easily double as a slotted spoon to scoop out veggies too. I had bought another and was very disappointed with the cheap handle with sharp edges along with how flimsy it was. This has a nice smooth handle with no sharp edges and much more sturdy than the cheaper brands on Amazon. If you are like me and converting all your plastics and coated pots, pans and utensils over to stainless steel, this is a must have. I am so pleased that I came back and bought a spatula and ladle too.

Excellent quality and size. I read the complaints about the flaw in the handle. The SS Ladle I received has no gap in the built-in hole — the gap was soldered shut — so water does not get in. I am very happy with this product.

Decent chuan, but lacking an important feature
This wok shovel, or chuan, is quite nice. The length is suitable for my requirements, and it is more than strong enough. It is also very easy to clean, and the price point is good. My only complaint is that the edge does not taper down to a fine edge, but ends in quite a blunt, thick edge. I don’t expect it to be a knife edge, but I do expect the leading edge to be bevelled to make it more effective to scrape the bottom of the wok. That being said, it is well-made, and I know I will get good service from it. But I would not purchase it again.

La spatule est excellente. Solide, efficace, juste très légèrement flexible. Toutefois, la poignée est vide, donc elle capture l’eau lorsqu’on la lave. J’imagine que des particules peuvent entrer et ça peut favoriser les moisissures et bactéries. C’est la première fois que je dois secouer vigoureusement une poignée de spatule afin d’en faire sortir l’eau! J’imagine que c’est un défaut de conception.5/5 spatule.3/5 à cause de la poignée vide.
