I purchased these pots for succulents so that I could combine a couple of varieties in one container. They work well because the succulents have a shallow root base. I like that it has a little tray underneath to catch excess water. The pots are shallow at approximately 2 inches so keep that in mind when you put plants in them. The white color is nice and clean looking and works well with whatever other pots you might have.

As in, I have a succulent subscription and they just keep coming. Besides that, said succulent subscription company keeps offering “bonus” boxes and I keep saying yes. That said, I’ve had to order a whole lot of succulent pots over the last year and I try to go for variety but there’s so many to choose from and I’ve weeded out a lot of not worthy product. This batch is one of the good ones. One of the first things I look for is does it come with bamboo trays? Next is do they have drainage holes? Both are none negotiable for me. Next up is size. There’s so many 2-2.5 inch pots that look right but aren’t what I need or want. THEN I look at colors and shapes. These particular pots are the kind I go for more than once. The colors match the decor I’m going for, the shapes are good and functional, and they’re big enough for my tiny plants to grow without having to be replaced for another year (and hopefully two!).

For 2, price isn’t bad. There is one drainage hole, smaller than a dime. I had to trim roots, as the bowl is quite shallow. However, it’s beautiful and wide

I found these pots to be exactly as described. They look great with the succulents on my balcony. I read some comments about the bamboo coasters, not holding up, but that’s all right. I think that the pots themselves more than make up for that small flaw.
