Great camera that has 2 way video calling
I wanted to put a security camera inside my home for extra protection. It helps to have security cameras outside but having one in the main room of your home can add an extra level of protection.The camera arrived very well packaged. It includes the camera, a USB power cable, a USB power adapter, a user manual, and a mounting bracket and hardware.This camera is very different from others that I have used in the past. It comes with a small LCD screen on the camera and a call button which allows you to do video calls.The camera also has pan and tilt which can be controlled remotely with the app and they work flawlessly.You need to add the Zosi smart app on your phone or tablet to use the features of this camera.There is a QR code on the user manual that you use to get the app and then you follow the in-app instructions to add the camera. I did find that after I installed the app I could not get the video calling to work properly. I resolved this issue easily by just rebooting the camera from the app.The camera adds very easily. There are a ton of options for notifications on the app. You can set up when and how to be notified of movement and using the settings you can set what type of motion will send notifications.You can use cloud storage which will cost but you can also put in a micro SD card to store videos and pictures. With the price of a 128 Gig SD card so low now that is the way to go.I am very happy with this camera.It has a lot of great features and the video calling feature is a great addition.When you aren’t in a video call the small screen on the camera shows the time, temperature, and humidity.This could also be used as a baby monitor or even as a senior monitor or to monitor anyone who is bedridden. The 2 way calling also works great in this situation.The price is great for all these features and I do recommend it.

qualité assez médiocre. Quand tu reçois un appel , et que l’application n’est pas ouverte, tu ne peux pas répondre et voilà .chose pour laquelle j’ai acheté ce camera mais très déçu 😕 .Je ne le conseille pas .

Great indoor monitoring camera for the price, app required but decent, would buy again
Overall a great indoor monitoring camera for the price (currently $50 CAD).Setup is simple if you are familiar with tech or read the directions.App is required but does provide functionality you want. No need to buy optional cloud storage because memory card is an option instead. Neither is required if you don’t want to record stuff. The camera needs wifi obviously, allowing you to view from anywhere.Picture quality is more than enough at 1080p when set to “HD” mode. The ability to bring up the video feed on your phone (using app) and point the camera around remotely is pretty cool. Great for keeping an eye on a location. Night vision works well too.The cam call button feature isn’t great but would technically work to contact the camera owner from the camera. A child for example could press the button and the app will start a laggy video call with you.

I will start with the positives, however:- The camera is good, day and night- The PTZ function works with the app- It’s handy to be able to use the ‘call’ feature- Powered by USB-C, an AC adapter is included- Instructions… they’re there- Connects to the network, facilitating app functionalityIn this regard, the product delivers what it promises.Misses?- While my home network operates on 2.4 and 5 Ghz frequencies and I followed both options to connect the camera to the network, it was a tedious process. (I build computers and setup networks, etc.; I don’t know why the device finally connected same as I can’t explain why it took so many tries.)- The app is very buggy: Sometimes the video would load and sometimes it wouldn’t. Sometimes a setting would change (when I was trying to change it) but many times the setting change failed. The Display on/off setting would not toggle at all.- The camera disconnects from the network randomly.- The camera gets quite warm.- I don’t find a setting in the camera to format the memory card.- For the record, while the listing title says SD card, as mentioned in the finer print, it takes a micro SD card (not included).The first three misses above are big misses, pretty near showstoppers. I’m using an iPhone xs on a home network that has been in place for over a year so it’s not like I’m setting the camera up with a bunch of unknown variables.The camera itself is good: 5 stars. 3 stars for the app. I’ll average the result and give the product a 4 star rating but I suggest reading the range of reviews before committing to this product which, admittedly, holds good potential. Recommended with caveats.
