LiLu –
A short book which provides some very useful tips to aid recovery from CFS. The book is written from a holistic approach and in a style which is non-preachy. Kayla’s own experience is shared in a way which is very understanding of the condition but offers suggestions to affect change. There are a couple of typos in the book but this doesn’t detract from the positive and caring message. I am looking forward to implementing Kayla’s ideas.
