    Great chair!
Easy to put together, and super comfortable! I’ve had the chair for about 3 months now and it’s amazing. I definitely recommend it.

  2. Lady Ginger

Relatively easy to put together and very comfy but armrests are not adjustable
I would recommend having two people to put together this chair as there is one part for the backrest where you need to hold the part and get it to the right angle and screw the piece into it at the same time, something that I think I would have really really struggled to do alone (perhaps not impossible but definitely harder). That being said, putting together this chair didn’t have a lot of steps (compared to other chairs I ordered before) since most of the pieces are big – it’s a 7 steps process and all the parts arrived in excellent condition and were easy to put in place. I will therefore say that this is a relatively easy chair to put together and took less than one hour and no frustration, which is a lot said for me who gets easily impatient with DIY when it is not going how it’s supposed to go.The chair itself is VERY padded and very comfortable for the back and bottom. The material is a PU leather (fake leather) but feels and looks well-made. The material is very soft and didn’t make me sweat. They provide a small cushion made from the same material and it feels very nice when put behind the neck. The chair is also quite big; I am plus-size and I still have extra room to move. Now, regarding what could be better, the armrests are pretty low and not adjustable. I like to relax in this chair when I’m reading and, if it was possible, I would have loved to raise the armrests higher so that I could hold my ereader closer to eye level. Also, the parts are not labeled on the plastic that covers each of them (no A, B, C or 1, 2, 3 etc) so you have to figure out which is what by shape only. Granted there are very few parts and they are clearly shown on the instructions manual and it was easy to know which is what because they all look different enough from each other that confusion risk was super low but I like it when manufacturers make instructions silly-easy for me and here naming the parts would have been that extra step. One more thing is that the part that extends to rest your legs on is pretty short so it works for me at 1m70 but i think anyone who is much taller might not feel their legs to be as supported.Overall, very comfy chair, relatively easy to put together (though easier if you are 2 people), material feels nice but armrests are not adjustable and it might suit shorter people best. I’m giving it a 4.5 stars and rounding it to 5.

    Sooo Soft!
I’ve been using the same chair for over 10 years and it was time for an update. When I first saw the listing I was skeptical, but I was wrong upon receiving it and assembling it. It comes with all the tools needed to assemble it and the protections to avoid damage during transport. It was my first time trying an office chair with a built-in chair and it is really comfortable, but probably unnecessary as I can’t think of a scenario where I would every lie down on my office chair. However, it came in handy to use as an extra chair in my living room when I had guests over. The chair itself is very thick and it feels like working on a cloud. It also feels very solid structuralily.Overall, for under 250$, it is well worth it for the quality you are receiving. The only negative is that the instructions could be a little clearer. I can imagine someone unfamiliar with assembling things might have an issue putting it together. It is a full recommendation from me.

  4. Let Me Say This:

    Solid and reliable.
The Ylzyxal office chair has been a hit in our house—especially with my husband, who’s picky about his chairs. This one is built for comfort and support, which is no small feat given that he’s over six feet and needs something sturdy. It’s rated for up to 400 pounds and doesn’t feel the least bit flimsy or wobbly. The PU leather looks good and is surprisingly soft, so it doesn’t feel like one of those stiff, cheap office chairs. The lumbar pillow and footrest are nice touches. The footrest actually makes a difference for those long work sessions (or the occasional afternoon nap when no one’s looking!). Adjustments are easy, too, whether it’s changing the recline or height. This chair’s become a permanent fixture in his home office, and I think he actually looks forward to sitting in it. It’s been worth every penny for both of us—he gets the comfort, and I don’t have to hear him complain about his back!

    FALSE ADVERTISEMENT – AVOID !!!
After using it for approx. 5 months, I have encountered multiple serious issues that makes this chair completely unusable today. What I encountered is far from the quality promised in the product description.First of all I had to deal with structural issues & durability concerns… The chair started ripping from the frame when in use. It makes loud creaking noises, and within the first month the armrest bent when I leaned on it. Since then, different parts of the chair have continued to break daily.Poor material quality – The material is already ripping, and the armrests are breaking apart. This level of deterioration within a few months of use is unacceptable. I have attached photos as evidence of these defects.False advertising on weight capacity – I weigh precisely 180 lbs, yet the chair feels incredibly unstable, as if it’s about to collapse. This is extremely concerning, especially since the product was advertised as being able to support up to 400 lbs. I simply CANNOT imagine someone over 200 lbs use this chair, it’s unbelievable that it is advertised as 400lbs.Last but not least, the chair is overall uncomfortable & designed very poorly – The chair has caused me back pain due to its discomfort. Additionally, when I and others sat in it, we noticed that the seat is tilted backwards, making it feel like we are constantly sliding off. We attempted to adjust it using every available lever, but the issue remains unfixable.Given these significant defects, the misleading product description and the price tag, I would not recommend buying this chair.

The chair awesome. It went together very easily. It is very comfortable and has a great back support. The chair is extremely sturdy. Great purchase.

  7. Maker’s Cave

The chair arrived well-packed and contained everything needed to assemble it. All the screws are packed in a sheet pack and very well labeled with a hand hex wrench to assemble it.The assembly took around 30 mins and the guide was mostly useful. there are parts like hand-rest that were not mentioned which one goes on which side and you have to use some technical skills to figure that out.Good about the chair:- Seats are very comfortable and soft to sit- The metal parts are quite heavy and very sturdy- Reclining feature with a soft move- Good floor-to-seat height and can accommodate long legs. Can be improved:- The leg rest that extends out for reclining is flimsy and small, you cannot stretch your legs to full length.- The lumbar support is quite thick and becomes uncomfortable when you put it on the back.Overall is a good chair but could have been better.

  8. The Hoggatt Project

Putting this chair together took a little bit of effort but the instructions were very clear. It took me about 35 minutes to assemble and I was able to do it on the first try. It’s made of mostly durable parts that I think will last if you take care of it. It also looks just like the listing which is also nice to see.The armrests feel a bit wobbly unfortunately, which is where I tend to put a lot of weight when I’m getting up and/or sitting down. The screws that go into the seat don’t fully bite and continue to turn which is where the problem lies. They are wobbly side to side but if you apply the weight directly downward you should be okay. Something I wish I didn’t have to think about though. The other piece that doesn’t hold too well is the leg rest. When extended and used, it bends toward the ground which shifts the rest of the chair in that direction also. The only way I’ve found this to be useful, is when you recline the chair fully backwards. This way the weight is more evenly distributed. Reaching the levers on the side are not easy though and take a bit of trial and error adjusting and then testing. The missing features I would have liked to see, are a tilt option for the seat as well as a lock for the swivel. Mostly, the tilt feature though, as it feels like I’m being pulled forward when sitting upright. This makes it so I can’t really adjust the height because my feet need to be planted firmly on the ground. If you have short legs this could be an issue for you. So, overall… I think this chair could benefit from some improvement. It can be comfortable, but at this price point I think these weaker areas need to be addressed.

  9. Kindle Customer

They say the chair is new but the chair is clearly used. The screws weren’t in the original packaging and they were in some dingy ziploc bag. The hydraulics dont work either. Decided to keep it since it is comfortable and the sellers closed out our request for a replacement.

  10. DIANA

Looks great in my husbands music/office room. Not as comfy as his old torn up recliner but this will do. He liked the foot rest option and the fact that it hides under the chair is perfect!
