Voice clarity and comfort while wearing for long calls
The piece is quite light and comfortable to wear for long calls. Setup was quite easy to the VTech set although the instructions were only for a compter or cell phone. This additional available service is a bonus to the product. Finally the reception is clear and have had no issues with the call recipient hearing our voice. Product is recommended.

Very pleased with shipping and packaging and I’ve tried so many lolI’ve always had plantronics but since they became Poly they’re not so good.im just being biased as they are good but don’t last anymore.The quality of this device is great so far and battery life is fantasticI really wish they could design them to tell you who’s calling from your contacts not just incoming call but still nice deviceCheers John

Bad one.
Bought this yealinkbh71 bluetooth earpiece based on the reviews and features to go along with my Samsung galaxy A52 5g phone. Initially It was great with all the features it brought to the table against the competition, Quality, sound quality, Battery life, Charging ability, value for the money. But after a week it started to drop calls so I must have gotten a bad apple. I still believe in this bluetooth so I am returning this one and ordering a new one. One last thing, why do they give you a short Charging cable, you end up buying a longer one to reach the outlet which I don’t mind paying for the best bluetooth out there. Great Ronaldo.

Totally worth it, good battery, noise cancelling, clear soundI can totally avoid using the office phone, the microphone has noise cancelling which cancels the surroundings office noise and also the ear piece has clear sound the knob on the ear piece is so easy to use to change the volume.Battery life is also good charge it every 2 days and use it for over 5 hours.The ear piece doesn’t go in the ear and stays kinda over the ear which is good for not getting headache. Totally worth it

Noise cancelling is okay, but this is too expensive and not worth the money compared to my Plantronics Voyager 5200.1. The case doesn’t charge the headset without having it plugged in to USB-C cable.2. No Volume controls but for some unknown reason, it adjusts my phone ringer volume to maximum. Had to silent my phone everytime I connect this device.3. The rubber piece comes off easily. High risk of losing it.

Probably one of the best things I bought for work. Super light weight, works very well and audio is very clear. It does connect to two devices simultaneously with Bluetooth and with the usb. Looks very professional and very comfortable. Audio for music work very well too. It isn’t the best quality like beats or AirPods Pro’s or anything’s but definitely good quality for being an ear piece. Now the price isn’t for anyone but for someone who makes calls often I think you get what you pay for. Super easy to set up and very pleased with this product.

I use this every day in my work where I have a lot of meetings. I previously had a Plantronics headset and I really loved it too. But this one is much better in quality and design. The battery life is excellent as well. As mentioned, I’m in meetings virtually all day and using this all day and it sits comfortably on my ear, people hear me great, and it lasts all day long. As a bonus, I like to get up and walk when not on camera and I can essentially go anywhere in my house (at about 3400 sq. feet – 1 story) and it can reach without any problems. So I can get up to go get coffee or water – go to the bathroom during a meeting (ha! not really, but I could!) and it will do the trick.Highly recommend. It’s a fantastic product and believe me, I use it enough to know if it didn’t work great.

I searched high and low for a headset that would allow me to mute our Soft dial phone program for my job from the headset itself, I bought 4 different headsets before this one, and this is the ONLY one that allows me to mute from the headset on the phone software… Long battery life, clear sound, fits well and comfortable. The ONE and ONLY issue I have with this headset is that the description that states “Up to 100 feet distance” is NOT accurate! If I get 10 feet from my computer, it disconnects or the other person can no longer hear me AT ALL! So, that part STINKS since this IS SO PRICEY!

Can wear all day.Case VERY useful.If you stand in case it will stay connected to computer and stay charged. They sounded fine, and it might not bother some people, but I don’t like haven’t anything inside my ear … after an hour or two … nope. my favorite earpiece ever was the Plantronics CS-55 … but that is for a voip phone only … I don’t like anything in my ear or even 2 speaker head phones squeezing my head together. Me, I need a one piece over my right ear on an ear hook.
