    Wealth of Knowledge
    This book should be on the shelf of any investor regardless of experience. Jay captivates the ups and downs of investing and money management. With this book, you learn to avoid financial pitfalls without making the mistakes yourself. It also provides a straightforward approach, I felt like I was sitting with Jay throughout my read. Best of all the proceeds of this book go straight to charity. I feel this book was created just to empower the right people looking to secure their financial future. I have bought multiple copies for friends and family and now the hardcover version for my collection. Thank you for the wealth of knowledge.

    Great book!
    This book demystifies wealth building for the average person. I love all the real life stories the author shares, full of great nuggets that can be applied to your life. I would recommend this book for any age group especially if you’re  curious about investing, wealth building, or real  estate. If you don’t know where to start, start with this book!

    Wealth through real estate investing is a very good book very knowledgeable. Learned a lot through Jai Brijpauls experience. Definitely would recommend the book to someone who is starting off down this path.

    I wish I had this resource 20 years ago
    TLDR: This book is a MUST-HAVE for EVERYBODY who intends to BUY or INVEST in homes, pre-builds, condos and/or real estate at large.Review:The author seems to have created this book with the purpose of being a complete reference guide for making money through investing in real estate. I believe it suits the purpose for not only investment properties but also an amazing resource for ANYBODY buying a place to live whether it be a used home, a pre-built home or condo and more. It contains everything from “why buy real estate” and your first-home-purchase all the way through home inspections, houses versus condos, advice for mortgages, converting homes into different kinds of properties, buying properties with RRSPs, solar paneling, reverse mortgages and more.The book is concise and a depth of real estate knowledge all in one place. It’s hard to believe this book didn’t exist but finally, someone with 30+ years of real estate knowledge decided to put it all together in one place. I honestly wish I had this book 20 years ago as it would have allowed me to swim through what is an extremely convoluted and veiled field of misinformation, non-professionals and personal opinions to being a well-informed home buyer who can now make an educated decision about buying homes and real estate.

    Really clear, concise and educational
    Full disclosure, yes I’m related to Jay. But anyone that knows Jay, and knows he founded the Caribbean Children’s Foundation and is donating book proceeds to charity, knows that he’s a good guy and would never have asked me to write a review. I’m writing this review myself because even though I’m a multiple-time home owner and worked in big corporations for more than 20 years, there’s a lot I didn’t understand about real estate. Jay explains it all thoroughly, clearly, and concisely. He uses little personal stories and humor to lighten it up. This is a very very pleasant easy read, but you still learn so much. Anyone who owns a home of any kind will get useful information from this book, not just those interested in rental properties. For example, I had no idea what an “easement” was, or exactly how a reverse mortgage worked, or what to consider beyond just the convenience of a condo, or what impact global warming may have on real estate. Jay shares his many many years of experience, and he makes it both interesting and educational. This book is well worth the price.
