Great idea. Terrible product.
Great idea, terrible product execution. Here are the 3 main annoyances.1. There are no locks on the arm positions. This means that it will slide no matter what or if there is any pressure on the laptop being used.2. You cannot use it as a display stand only either as the issue of the above occurs. Because there are no locks on the arms or the laptop holder itself, the arms will eventually move and slip overtime to the distance.3. The arms they use are incredibly heavy for what’s really holding it, I think if they chose to use lighter material, it would prevent the issues above.I would not recommend buying this product and I’m hoping I can get a refund on this.

Great product! Works better than I imagined. Makes working without a desk super easy and it’s made with quality material. Pretty easy to setup (read the instructions!). I did have to find some longer bolts because chairs gas cylinder is bigger than the specified 2in diameter for the product but it still works completely as intended. It feels really secure and has a lot of adjustment joints. Works with my ipad pro and hp laptop that’s pretty wide very well. Haven’t seen this specific design anywhere but here so definitely a gem!

Absolute dogwater product. Basically just a vesa mount with an extra part and a cheap tray. Installed according to instructions and the whole thing tilts to one side and within 15 minutes the springloaded clamp on the left side failed sending my device flying across my cubicle. Absolute waste of my time even ordering it, because now I have to deal with amazon returns and driving it into town to UPS to get my money back. Dont waste your money, dont waste your time.

When I saw this I just really wanted to try it out because it’s hard to get a lot of good surfaces in my small apartment. And this certainly does provide another surface, albeit one that can only hold a few pounds of weight and has to be attached to my chair.And this is where the real issue is: just be sure that this is something you want to have attached to your chair, otherwise you might be annoyed with having metal poles on an otherwise nice chair. But if you rely on it regularly, then it’s nice to have. It’s not aesthetically pleasing, but it is functional. Hope this helps!

I absolutely love this but wish they had attachments to purchase. I want to add a mouse pad. Other than that it is well made and looks nice.

Installed this on a secretlab titan XL chair. Took probably about 30 minutes to set up from unboxing to usability. One of my favorite things is that now I can just take my chair wherever I please and be able to do work or use my laptop in a way that’s more comfortable than putting it on my lap and craning my neck down. I like that the tilt is adjustable for the laptop, so I can adjust it to something comfortable for the incline of the chair I’m feeling that day. The swivel function is nice, though the height is not adjustable so for my chair that means that I have to keep my arm of my chair on the lowest setting to let the laptop tray swivel over it. While not ideal, it’s still comfortable. Comes with all the tools needed to set up, though would recommend using better tools for ease if you have them available. Overall, happy, and really like that my previously stationary work station is now set to ‘wander’ mode in my favorite chair.
