I am very pleased with this multi vitamin. The taste is pleasant, no smells to it. It is a gummy so they do stick together, they are chewable. No discomfort when I take them. The vitamin contents are great and I find these multi vitamins to be effective!

I have this product 5*. Tastes great, like a regular gummy, has visibly improved skin and hair. I can’t comment on nails because I usually do acrylics and they’ve ruined my nails so I’m going to wait and see if this will help them get stronger.One other bonus I noticed taking these I didn’t get as many “cravings” for snacking or sweets. I’m not super over weight but sometimes I catch myself over indulging and the days I took these at the beginning of the day, I didn’t get many cravings so I found that to be great side effect.It is almost summer so I better order another bottle, hahaI recommend this product

These taste great! As always remember to talk to your doctor about raking multi vitamins. Gummies are by far the most risky to take since it’s hard to measure the amount of vitamin that stays in the gummy. You’ll be fine, but really get your yearly bloodtests done.
