So far I am very happy with it so far.
I installed this under an existing desk and I am very happy with the result.The telescopic width adjustment is perfect to fit your existing desk.The product appears to be of good quality and made of very heavy sturdy steel.It arrives in a flat pack box (photo) and you have to assemble it.The instructions are very clear and the pieces are all clearly labelled with letters.I assembled it, slid it under the existing desk, plugged it in and raised the desk a little and thenremoved the existing desk legs. Done! I did not even have to remove the stuff on my desk!I now switch between sitting desk position and standing desk position several times a day.The motor runs smoothly. There are simple up and down arrowed buttons and the motor stopsinstantly when you remove your finger from the controls.(You press the button once to wake up the controller from sleep modeand press a second time to raise or lower the desk)

Didn’t work
I’ve bought these before, just not from this supplier. Set up was straight forward. Tested it before installing the table top and it wouldn’t raise. The right side leg sounded like something was loose inside and clunking around as the motor tried to lift it. Did the reset procedure they say in the book and couldn’t reset. It gave an error code that wasn’t even in the book. Read the reviews on how customer service was a joke. Took it all apart, boxed it up and shipped it back. Very disappointed.

Perfect fit
Was looking for a standing desk and opted to buy a base so I could get a top customized to match my space. The base is strong, sturdy and was straight forward to put together. It has a display to let you know the height which makes it easy to adjust back and forth once you’ve found the heights that work for you. I also like that it can be adjusted width wise so I was able to fit it specifically into the space I put it in. It also shipped quickly from BC to ON, it arrived before the estimated shipping date.

Horrible. Doesn’t work. Device not working at all. I installed as per manual and followed instructions to troubleshoot. I tried multiple times. Reached out to their customer support. They only allow communication via their website. You only get one time to communicate. Once you send your complaint in, they respond but you can’t reply back. Only one message allowed. You’ll have to create a new ticket every time you want to send them a message. Only one way communication. No option to email back and forth. Only through website. Everything I explained in my first ticket noted that the unit did not work and I used their manual to troubleshoot. They responded through website with the exact same information that is in the manual, “check the wires plugged in”. even after Ive articulated that I’ve tried all of the items in their troubleshooting checklist. No resolution. I’m returning this item.

I purchased this base and purchased a butcher block from a home improvement store. I wanted a thicker and better quality desktop. This is perfect. I love the three different settings that you can store. It’s good for when I want to stand up and I don’t have to watch the height while in a meeting. It is sturdy, very functional and it was easy to assemble.

Stelaż posiada dwa silniki i jest dosyć prosty w montażu (około 20 minut). Ma pamięć trzech pozycji i do wybranej wysokości dojeżdża szybko, by na koniec zwolnić i się zatrzymać. Do blatów powyżej 60cm głębokości może nie starczyć kabelka połączeniowego tak aby zamontować panel sterujący na samym krańcu blatu – potrzeba jest przedłużka – mi dosłał sprzedawca, ale można też kupić (to gniazda jak zasilanie pcie w komputerze osobistym).
