Nice and compact for storage but will fit a full broccoli or cauliflower or green beans for 4 no problem. Decent quality to get the job done, you want fancy spend the big bucks.

I have used it a couple times already and it serves its purpose as a steamer. The design is nice and simple. It is light weight and if you are expecting for a quality and thick material then you might want to reconsider this steamer. Otherwise the steamer is ok.

Cheaply made and defective.
Item cracked first time using. Would not recommend purchasing item. It’s very thin and the material is very cheap. Bought this for the intention on using it to steam vegetables for my baby. It’s directly from China and I would not recommend using this defective, cheaply made product. It has taken me over two months going back and forth with this company. Horrible experience.

No User Manual
Item is a good size and decent construction. My only disappointment is that item description said it would include a user manual and yet, there was no manual included in my package. I know – how hard is it to use a steamer, right? Well, my last steamer never included a steamer cloth so I want to know (1) what material this steamer cloth is made from – we have severe allergies in the family – and (2) how I’m supposed to use this cloth and then wash and clean it, as well as (3) how to use the steamer for foods other than veggies.

I didn’t visualize how large it would be from printed advertising and was taken somewhat aback. But it cooks every food I’ve tried really well and much better than the drop-in the pot folding style. It is easy to clean and m.aintains its good looks after multiple uses. I’m very pleased with it and so is my wife. I would buy again.

I bought this for camp. Perfect size, not too small and not bulky. Works as intended.

We got this to try and make steam buns and it was a success. I’ve never owned a steamer this size before. The price is reasonable and the quality is decent. Meaning the steel is fairly thin and if you’re not careful. you can bend or dent it. I suspect most of the other ones are about the same gauge if steel. Anyways there’s tons of room inside and as you can see in the photos I can put in a few Vietnamese style steam buns in it. For this type of cooking it makes it faster to cook a bunch at a time. No regrets, I just hope we use it a lot. I like the glass lid as it’s just nice to see things get cooked. When we got it. Some of the inserted where protected with a plastic sticker. That took some time to remove all of it carefully from the edge of the rollers steel. But no big deal. I bought a silicone insert to use with this too. So the food won’t stick.
