A Great Affordable Smartwatch
At this price, this watch is a steal.I have now used this smartwatch for several days. It offers almost everything that you can expect in a smartwatch at a very low price and it’s simple design looks sharp in any situation.Setup was simple and I had no trouble pairing it with my phone and the Da Fit app which is available from the Google Play Store on Android devices. Anyone who has used bluetooth devices before should know that they can be a pain to get setup. Not this smartwatch. It just worked right away. There is a magnetic charging attachment which uses a standard usb-a plug on the other end and can be used with any of the existing chargers that you currently have. It works well but there is a little bit of a learning curve to attach it in a manner that won’t slip off easily when you place it down. My only complaint here is that the cord could be longer as it is only about 3ft.As far as features, this watch has weather, workout tracking, stopwatch, phone locator, heart rating monitoring, sleep monitoring, media controls, can act as a camera shutter and can even receive messages from your phone for text and a bunch of apps like Facebook. I am sure that I am missing a few things but this watch is about as fully featured as you can get at this price point. It even automatically turns on the watch face when you turn it to look at it. I wish it could integrate with Google Fit but the Da Fit app it works with is pretty good. They do have tons of watch faces to choose from our you can custom make one with a picture of your choosing. They claim that the battery will last 15 days but I imagine that is with minimal use. I believe that with my usage I get about 5 days before needing a charge. In a world where our smartphones might not even make it through a day, that is pretty darn good in my book. All in all. I would be surprised if you could find a sharp looking and full featured smartwatch for this price anywhere.

Quit Syncing
This worked great for the first month. Then the battery started draining faster. Then when the watch shut down because the battery died, it would no longer sync with the app. I tried all the usual troubleshooting, including unbinding and reloading the app. Now it won’t even pair with the app. The time on it is wrong so it’s basically useless now. I also found the app itself to be incredibly minimal in terms of functions. I’ve had it for five weeks.

Good investment for $35 CDN 👍
Let’s be real, office work and age are not helping our bodies to be in tip top shape, so being able to try to do the minimum to somewhat stay active, and keep track of, is key. With that in mind, I have decided to look for a smart watch for cheap to see if 1) it will do what I think it should, and 2) will I care about wearing it?Without much research, I’ve purchased the Digiumi Urun just because the brand makes cell phones….. and I thought the GPS was cool. Here is what I think of it.The Positives: 😃$35 CDN dollars (sale+coupon)! 🤯 …and you get:• A super light watch. Makes you wonder if there is even a battery in there. Comfortable on wrist. Smooth “non rubbery” wrist band.• Bright, readable screen even on a sunny day.• Expensive look – if you search Amazon, you will notice that most premium smart watches are round. It’s all about fashion!• Responsive and intuitive menu (up, down, left, right)• 2 physical buttons. Nice to have to quickly show the main screen rather than swiping in all directions. (TOP – ON/OFF, home, features. BOTTOM – programmable to any feature, ex. Weather or Heart Rate).• Too many features to list, and most smart watches in this price range have them, but a GPS?! 🤯• Common USB end. Connect it to a power bank, charger or car.• Aluminum body….ok, I’ll take their word for it.The Neutrals: 🙄• Power cord connection to phone, although magnetic, may detach if not careful.• Because the watch power connection is polarized (+/-), you will have to rest your watch on the buttons if you can’t lay it flat on the connector.• No USB power charger, just the cord, so you will have to get one.• Sluggish syncing with phone.• App is just good enough for the masses. The Negatives: 😩• Only 4 watch faces, one analog! …. and none of them show batt. status. Seriously? Umidigi, at least make ALL your round watch faces available for ALL your round watches.• The app. Very basic. Functional and it works, but it drops connection with the internet sometimes so your settings may not save on first try.• Gigantic screen bazel! Holy cow! The watch is big and cool looking but the screen is much smaller. Not sure if they needed a bigger body to fit all the electronics into, or just playing the “coolness card”.• Who made the app? Really? Dodgy. To be honest, my first 10 minutes with this watch were less than promising. I was sure it will go back but, with all the “inconveniences” of this watch, this is a $35 not $350 smart watch, which “does the job”. Is it made of premium materials, is super flashy, has a fruit stamped on its case, or has NASA precision? NO, but it also costs 10x less than those watches that are! And aside from having a clock, date and a pedometer, it also has: oxygen sensor, blood pressure monitor, heart rate monitor, weather, compass and more! 35 bucks! So if you do like the round look, and don’t mind the smaller touch screen, can live with the fact that you did 10k steps but Urun records 9k, are patient….consider getting it. It’s a good stepping stone to see if you have room in your life for a smart watch. Many people say they have problems, but I’m not sure if that’s a person or product issue. I bought 4 in total. 🤷♂️👍Pro Tips:• Be patient with this watch, especially setup and syncing.• Make sure the watch is fully charged BEFORE attempting to connect to a phone via the app. Initial syncing may fail, keep trying. Mine synced on first try when batt. was at 100%. Was failing when it was at 11%.• You will need a USB charger, there isn’t one in the box.• You do not need the app for basic watch functions but I think you will need it to sync your watch to your phone so that your time will be displayed on the watch.Side note – Umidigi, create more analog looking watch faces. Thanks! 👍Sorry for the essay but if you enjoyed this review, please consider clicking the “helpful” button. Thanks!

Great value for its price, but you get what you pay for
The value of the watch for its price is fair, but you really do get what you pay for compared to the big brand smart watches.I primarily use mine like a traditional watch but mostly taking advantage of music controls and the workout tracker.Personally I like the overall the look of the watch and the band if quite comfortable. It isn’t too thick and sits on the wrist well.Functionality wise it feels super cheap, but at this price it does what I need it to do. My biggest complaint would be the watch screen itself being approximately a 1.5cm square area with a huge noticeable bezzle to make it circular. (If you zoom into the ad photos you can see where the screen actually lights up and how much filler space is around it) Definitely looks cool until your friends look closely.Pros:- Great battery life, there was even a cycle where I didn’t charge it for a week- Does have an app and some watch face customizations- Stop watch, Step/heart sensor, Music player UICons:- Doesn’t run on any standard OS so don’t expect app compatibility or standard integrations.- No internal storage and low running memory, meaning you can’t switch tasks between apps (Aka run stopwatch and switch to change your music)- Overall UI feels very cheap- No mic for calls- No notification sync, eg. no SMS notifications or incoming call answering

For the price, it’s an ok watch. I got a uwatch 2s that’s completely different. A lot of features have been removed. There is no longer a Compass, sp02, or blood pressure monitoring. This is like the original uwatch not uwatch 2s.There is a way to set up when quick view is active which I think I missed when I checked the app from previous watch or umidigi updated the apps with that feature in this watch.I sleep during part of the day because of my night shift job so the sleep monitor is really inaccurate. It does not measure sleep during the day. I have umidigi watch before, and it is almost accurate in measuring my sleep pattern doesnt matter when I slept so this is a major downgrade. If there is an option for this like the quick view, it would have been a lot better. Or at least have an option to have it on all the time. The app for this watch is still really intrusive. I do not like it running in the background all the time. Umidigi products improved a lot but this watch is a big let down if u bought the other version of uwatch 2s.This watch would be worth the price if all those features did not get removed. Even though I dont use those features, I still wanted it in my watch. This watch is a big downgrade. I checked the listing and those features were not mentioned. If you want a basic watch for exercising purpose only, then this watch is for you. This watch is not for me. Still make a good gift for price so I will not be returning it.

Ill paste my review for the umidigi watch 2s at the end of this, but basically the review applies the same for this. Its basically the same watch, but with slight improvements. Not sure if this is my specific unit but i noticed better battery by a few hours on this. Also, nice to see tracking has been improved and is more accurate. Overall solid buy for on a budget. Would like to see a full screen display rather than a square display next time. Umidigi watch 2s review: This watch is fantastic value for $30! I own another smart watch device I purchased for around $200, and this watch does the same things I need it to do! Of course besides checking the time, it can show me things like notifications and control music playback, which I really appreciate. You can’t interact with any notifications, but that’s probably a good thing since it allows you to check things at a glance without feeling like you have to respond right away. In addition, it has a 5 ATM rating, something my other watch doesn’t even have. This makes me feel safe taking it to wet environments, and possibly pools in the future. To top it all off, the battery life is amazing! My other watch normally dies at the end of the day, but after a day of use with the uwatch 2s, I’m still at 95%. If you need something that can do the basics, and nothing too complex, this watch can do it.

Well, the watch face is pretty big if you have a small wrist but I guess the size of it makes up for battery life because unlike Fitbit and Samsung, this one lasted a week. The display is good but the font and rest of interface is a bit tiny unless it can be adjusted. So far, so good. I really loved the color too.UPDATE: Now it is going onto 4 years since I have this watch and it is only now having an issue where if I start a workout, the touch screen is not responding for me to stop and complete, so I have to plug the charger cable to clear it. Would I buy another one like this? Most definitely! I hardly wear any other watch.

I’ve had this watch for a while now. I got the teal one.Pros: I really like the color and get a lot of compliments on it. I like that the face isn’t as big as other smartwatches, especially because I have small wrists. Also, it’s cool that you can change the watch face. The interface is pretty simple and easy to use.Cons: The sleep function tends to not count when I am sleeping but then adds time when I am just sitting still. If you are in the US it automatically sets to metric and celsius. You can change it but it constantly changes back which is annoying. Also if you hold the home key down too long it resets the whole thing and you lose all your data. Which I’ve done because I was carrying something. The biggest issue I’ve had though it is somehow connected to my work Gmail app from my phone and now notifies me EVERY TIME I get an email, which is a lot. I have turned off all notifications and it will still notify me. So now I have to turn off the vibration thus not having any tracking, fitness, call, or text message alerts.
