Very comfortable
I use this headset on a daily basis for MS Teams calls. Great quality on the microphone for being heard. Very comfortable for long meetings and all day use. Not a fan of the leather cushion – so I replaced with a foam cushion covering. Easily done, made it more comfortable for me, and I found that even sounded better. Decent range when stepping away to make a coffee – even up a flight of stairs. Mute function by raising mic boom to vertical only works when paired to a cell phone – so make sure you mute in your software on a PC before taking a bathroom break. Overall a great product and good value for the money.

Soft-Padded, use with left or right ear
I have very sensitive inner/outer ears, so I am always super skeptical with headsets. This set is similar to what I had at my old job. I was given a regular headset at work (dual) and could not stand the foam covering, not the fact that both ears are covered. I wanted a single-sided set. After reading other reviews, I ordered this set for its competitive price.I am not disappointed. So far, no one has complained with echoing or background noise. Output is crystal clear, even at a low volume. It pairs easily with all my programs and devices. And the best part, once one ear starts to bother me, I can shift the set to the other side – win win situation in my case.Ample head adjustment, great range, awesome battery life and easy to use. Highly recommended. I have long hair and yes, with one sided headsets, there is a chance that your hair might get a little tangled on the non-earpiece side but that is with any of them. I tie my hair up and have no issues.

Works Perfectly!
I recently ported my business landline to my cell phone and required an option that worked for long calls. I discovered that earbuds can be very uncomfortable for long periods of time and my callers often couldn’t hear me well or the sound was “tinny”. This headset works perfectly. It’s easy to set-up, comfortable to wear for long periods of time and the sound quality both listening and speaking is excellent. I did a lot of research on the more expensive headsets and this one seems to work as well as any of the higher priced options. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Great for home office
Working from home and on the phone for 12 hours/day – I have found this headset to be great. The sound quality is good and I have been told that my voice sounds clear through the mic. Battery life has been pretty good, I haven’t noticed any reduced battery yet however I am charging it at the end of each day. Set up was straight forward. Good headset and reasonable pricing.

Comfortable, good quality and affordable
This is my second one I’ve purchased. I am very happy with these units. I have tried different ones and this one is comfortable, I wear it for hours and my ear doesn’t hurt. The others have more tension causing the ear piece to push into your ear and hurt after a short time. This one is soft and comfortable. good sound quality when talking to people and when listening to your music between calls. Overall good product will buy another if needed.

Nice little headset (UPDATED)
I was replacing my old headset which had a cord, and decided to try a blue tooth set. I found this model which came in at a great price point and even better yet, it works super well (I’ve it a week). The sound is clear and it is comfortable to wear.UPDATE: This company “kindly asks” (read “slickly coerces” their customers into providing 5 star reviews. Today they tried to send me a blue tooth headset for free in exchange for a 5 star review because they need good reviews for their new product.I am all for giving away free test product, but I am seriously against asking for a 5 star review in return.…With my purchase I recieved a gift card, which they asked me to keep secret from the review….I originally gave this product a 4 star review, but then asked me nicely if i could up it to 5 stars….which i did. I usually give 4 stars for a good product because i reserve a star in case it breaks within a year and I have to contact customer service.I am now reducing the stars because I am generally disappointed in the “pusher” mentality of this company.

Best LEGAL automotive cell phone headset I have found!
Considering the number of other headsets I have tried, by far the BH-M9 is more comfortable, has better and clearer voice reception. As a semi-retired professional driver, I marvel at the people who wear either ear-buds in both ears or headphones which cover both ears every day on the highways throughout Ontario. Not only does this restrict their ability to hear such things as emergency vehicle sirens and train whistles, but other things like horns when they either cut someone off or fail to move when impeding traffic. BTW…it is illegal in Ontario and many other jurisdictions to have both ears covered while driving.Some of the best features I have found include the excellent sound quality when receiving phone calls both on the road and while in noisy environments such as loading and unloading areas, city streets and busy business sales areas. Another feature I really like is the ease of recharging using the charging dock and the length of time the unit stays charged. I have been away from home where the charging dock is for 48 hours and the unit stays charged and available. The best feature by far for me is that I don’t have sore inner ears from the units that hook over the ear and apply pressure to the ear canal. I couldn’t recommend this product more!

J’utilise le casque à tous les jours au travail depuis 11 mois environ. Aujourd’hui, il a soudainement commencé à gricher, puis il a cessé de fonctionner. ( durée de vie très courte, -1 étoile). Lorsqu’il fonctionnait, les gens à l’autre bout du fil entendaient tous les bruits parasites alentour de moi (micro pas antibruit, – 1 autre étoile). Pour le prix, c’est décevant. Je suis à la recherche d’un meilleur modèle.
