    The best!
Finally, we have this fantastic rondeaux. I’ve made several dishes in this and it cleans up beautifully. I’ve even made beef cutlets and nothing sticks to the pan. Considering the price of others, this is the best purchase.

Great quality pan for the price. No little spaces in the pan or lid that can get anything trapped inside- makes it super easy to clean.

These triple layer pans are just as nice as my few All Clad pieces. They are not made in the USA but are much more affordable! I have bought many pieces of Tramontina cookware lately, and am pleased with my cooking results. Save yourself some money and give one a try!

I needed something better than a frying pan. I have a small space to cook in and the long handles of normal frying pans get in the way. Also, my last two frying pans appeared to be flat on the bottom, but once heated they would spin and slide on the stovetop, yes mine is glass. So, what I needed was a true flat, heavyweight bottom frying pan that will stand the test of time. It took me months of searching to find this. I found it only when I made an earlier purchase for a nice stock pot that would double as a water bath canner. My Tramontina stock pot was working so well that I looked at their full line and found this Braiser. Can’t say enough great things about it. Right now, it is full of Princess Meat Sauce for my lasagna.

The pan said the measurements were 13.82” W x 15.75” D x 9.19” H. I was assuming the width was the size of the actual pan and the 15” being with the handles. The pan I received only measures 12” across without the handles. There is no way this would hold 6 quarts. I am sick of Amazon letting sellers get away with wasting my time with inaccurate descriptions. It’s also a waste of Amazons time & money shipping it and me having to ship it back. I made sure to measure thoroughly the pans I own that are not big enough and chose one that would potentially be the perfect size. This is not it! Keep shopping if you want bigger than 12” across. FYI it is 3” tall without the lid. The lid handle is 2” high so with that on the pan it is under 6” tall. Not sure where these measurements came from but it is not this pan! The 15” with handles across is the only accurate thing! I want to give it one star but the pan looks like a decent pan if it was the size I had hoped.

I figured i would only use it occasionally. But it quickly became my go-to pan. It’s PERFECT for one pot meals. My favorite is making a pasta sauce with fresh tomatoes and zoodles. The debth of the pan allows you to cook the zoodles in the sauce without overflow.
