I wanted to steam my XIao Long Bao dumplings and I needed something that will work well and fit enough. This was perfect. One thing I’d say is that the handles sometimes fall over and fold inwards on top of your food, so you need to use a fork or something to lift it back up constantly or when you need to take it out.
