    Change for the better
I wanted to become healthier on a daily basis through exercise and diet. It was exercise that was the challenge so reading the method in this book created a habit I am pleased to say is a very pleasant part of my day.

Very easy to apply to real life
An easy read. After having read only a few pages of this book, I have already made changes and new habits. The guidance makes sense and it is written in a way that is easy to apply to your life today. I look forward to finishing the book and making life long habits.

    Book good, amazon bad
From what I read online it will be interesting and helpful. Unfortunately amazon sent it to my home address not to the address I put in for it to be delivered. Fortunately my roommate was home since they basically left it on the side of the road and I’m away for a while.

Excellent book for those who struggle to make change happens
It is an excellent behavior modification method, easy to apply. I also purchased the kindle version but i should have bought the paper version instead. It is one of those audio books that you also want as a paper copy. I am a visual learner. I need a paper copy when i find a book that is worth keeping for reference. There is also the possibility to sign up for 5 day free coaching to trial the method. It is done online, with a real person at the other end. That person support you for 5 days and help you apply the method. The method is down to earth, realistic and applicable to anyone, even those who think they are hopeless. The audio book is well narrated. There are links for online material to support personal changes but it is complicated to find the material.

    Readable, clear, practical, usable
This book takes you step by step through the process of creating tiny habits and helps you navigate common stumbling blocks. It is based on the author’s own university-based research, unlike many other habit books out there. Highly recommended.

  11. Vishakha Khetrapal

The book ‘Tiny Habits’ is based on the ground-breaking research on Habits by Stanford Prof. BJ Fogg. The book provides an in-depth yet easy-to-read understanding of the science behind habits. It goes on to suggest practical strategies and tools to inculcate any new habit or get rid of an undesirable one. Written in a conversational style with plenty of examples from the author’s own life and of several others who adopted the Tiny Habits Method, the book is an interesting read. I’m glad I picked it up.
