We bought this in advance of our new baby, but the product didn’t pair – customer service reached out even though it was outside of the return window and provided us with a new monitor that works perfectly. Very happy with this product and the company!

This thing has batteries, is plugged in, and still turns off every 4 minutes. Horrible. Not dependable at all. Upset the return window is closed, as I haven’t had a chance to use it until recently. Total garbage.
