This is full of useful information to help you become more aware of your money, and how to control it, instead of letting it control you. I especially like the pages where I can list all of my purchases for the month – it made me aware of how much money I was wasting on wants vs. needs. Paired with the information on Tonya’s website, this is a great tool for someone who wants to be introduced into the frugal lifestyle 😉
