HAVE YOU REACHED YOUR SUCCESS MILESTONE BUT STILL FEEL SOMETHING IS MISSING?
In my journey as professional coach, I have met many people who aspired and eventually got to live the ‘success-like’ common life. They have a stable job, financial stability, a nice house, a loving family to look after. They seem to have reached the collective definition of success. Nevertheless, they come to me for counselling, claiming that they feel stuck; their success feels empty.
They wake up one day and realise that everything they have built has less meaning. The job/career has become boring and they dread the start of each new week; the house starts to feel like a prison; the family quality time is lacking genuine quality. If you have begun to feel any of these things, you may also realise that money cannot buy better health or more time.
Some call it the ‘mid-life crisis’; I prefer to call it the confrontation to reality crisis. It’s the moment you feel you wake from a dream, and half your life already passed by. And yet, you don´t know who you are yet. You feel your life is lacking passion and meaning.
Does this sound like you?
With this book, I want to make you a propositionand set you a challenge for change: How about starting to look for success inwards? To be part of those who silently build human societies that are less focused on a targeted external success. Learn how to define success as coming back to the joy of being who you want to be, and doing what you want to do?
I have a lifelong passion for great leadership. I have been studying the lives of the greatest leaders of all times, coming from all different walks of life: business, politics, sports, philosophers, and artists. I have discovered eleven common traits that all of them had in their personalities and ways of thinking.

Very thought provoking.
Currently still in the process of reading it, but a lot of food for thought. I hope the author becomes impressively rich enough to visit her Canadian friends!

Karen E Mangia –
A back to the basics guide that addresses vision, values, mindset and actions. Each chapter contains questions to consider and activities to do. Lots of cliches and well treaded leadership stories throughout.

Success is one thing we all target in life; this is our common desire. In this book, the author tries to help the reader gain control over their mind and thoughts so that they fulfill their own desires. She shares 11 chapters through which we can pave our way to success. The author’s style is simple to read and understand. These chapters (pillars) are well detailed but not overly elaborate, so the readers will not feel very draggy.I used to believe in perfection and strive to be perfect. After reading the author’s opinion, I have to reconsider my ideology and way of working. The real-life situations and stories in this book are fun to read; I could even connect with the tale of Andrea. Of all the stories, I loved the story of Edith Eger, a holocaust survivor and psychologist. I really wish someone helped me develop my listening skills, or, to be precise, my listening patience. On the whole, this book is helpful.
