Delicious and easy sugar and flour free recipes.
This book provides many amazing, easy meals that are sugar, flour and sweetener free. It has the bright line eating meal plans and all the recipes fit into the plan. It also gives a scientific explanation behind the food plan and some testimonials from people doing the bright line eating plan. I have tried a few of the recipes and I really enjoyed them and found them so easy to make. I would highly recommend this cookbook to anyone that wants to eat healthy and still enjoy their meals.

Not your *typical* cookbook!
I never thought I’d sit down and READ a cookbook! There is so much more going on here than just recipes – there’s a great summary of the science behind Bright Line Eating and an explanation of what exactly “BLE” is, and there are inspiring stories from people who have found great and lasting success by following the BLE wayNot . I’ve personally lost 43 pounds thus far (a little more than a year) and I have not “yo-yo’d”. Meal planning and preparation for BLE is not at all complicated, and the recipes here are perfectly formulated for easy cooking of very enjoyable dishes. Read Susan’s first book too if you’re new to this.. but having said that, the cookbook provides a nice overview of the whole deal. Enjoy!

This cook book is everything that it claims to be. (Warning: don’t get caught like I did in the beginning, purchasing a book that claimed to be a “Bright Line Eating Cookbook”, but it was not!! It was a fraud.)This is the official Bright Line Eating Cook Book.Although I joined Bright Line Eating in October of 2017, and consistently lost weight at a rate that was better than any previous weight loss program, I found it difficult to cook meals that I should be eating while still cooking for a husband who wanted our “old favourite” recipes. I knew by the look on his face, when he was not thrilled with some of my “new “ meals. However, I have only had Susan Peirce Thompson’s new book for a couple of weeks and I have already made five new recipes and my husband LOVES them all. I will not make a recipe for a second time if he does not rate it at least an 8/10. I am thrilled that he has rated all five of my new dishes with a 10/10 and he thoroughly enjoyed all of them. I struggled with “hot flashes” for 27 years and after two weeks of eliminating both sugar and flour from my diet, in October 2017, I have had absolutely no hot flashes. Not one! I have lost almost 30 pounds and have another 25 pounds to lose before I get to a normal weight. Susan’s weight loss plan offers an unbelievable amount of support, and at the rate I am going, I will be one of the 1,000,000 people who are expected to reach their goals, and keep the weight off for one year, in 2030 by following the suggestions in the Bright Line Eating program!

I love Susan Peirce Thompson, I was one of her Beta’s when she began all of this. It’s a lifestyle type eating style and it works. She amazing and so is her information. If you haven’t read her first book I believe you should. Lots of great info. The cookbook is recipe’s from people who are doing the program and are still doing it. Great recipes. Simple yet yummy! I’m celiac and breakfast is the hardest part for me but in this book there lots of yummy gluten-free recipes.

Great meal ideas
I like that most of the recipes are quite simple to prepare with readily available ingredients. I also liked that there are menu plans for both omnivore and vegetarian meals. This was helpful in planning my meals through the week. Although there is a great deal of the book that is dedicated to revising the Brightline Eating plan along with success stories, this is quite typical of cookbooks that are aligned with any eating plan so I wasn’t too surprised to see this. I recommend the book for those who need some guidance and want some ideas to diversy their meals.

I’ve been in 12 step for addiction programs for 10 years and lost all my weight, then moved away where I can only access online meetings. This Brightline Eating is an answer to a prayer. I get the best food program that helped me lose 125 pounds and keep it off while not making me feel as if I’m a sick person. The science is really good and I feel normal and healthy. I had gained back 35 pounds but now I’m losing it rapidly without going to meetings I don’t have access to. I love the recipe book as it has great scientific information as well as lovely pictures of great easy recipes. I can do this for life.
