I have thoroughly enjoyed this book. It has really made me stop and think about all the many things we do and give no thought to in doing them. I know have a completely different way of thinking and when the pressures of everyday life start affecting me, I take a step back and ground myself and tackle the issues from a totally different angle. If you are thinking about reading this book, don’t think, just do it! It is a real eye-opener.
