Just an absolute awesome read if you’re interested in getting involved in the world of self storage investing. He goes through acquisition techniques, marketing, automation(although I do wish he would’ve delved into this a tad more-I’m nearly illeritare when it comes to this) and so many helpful tips and strategies to manage and make a self storage business succeed! I’ve been interested in self storage for over 2 years and so thankful I waited to read this book before taking the plunge.If not, I would’ve literally made every mistake AJ says not to😁. Me and some investors nearly bought a facility that I now know would’ve more than likely failed because of what I’ve learned in this book! There’s a reason it says playbook in the title because it is exactly that. If you want to get into self storage, read this book and keep it handy for future reference. Thank you AJ for the great info. I am a fan!

    This is a great book if you are interested in self storage, investing or small business. Being brand new to the industry, I learned so much and am now comfortable pursuing and evaluating my first deal to purchase a facility. The content the author has put in this book is very straightforward and easy to understand. He clearly is trying to help others and advance the industry as a whole. I love his mindset of abundance. There is also many good ideas in there, planting seeds to expand the business model to make it your own. It got me very excited to get started. The intro draws you in and I honestly couldn’t put it down- read it in 2 days!
