I don’t know why there aren’t more reviews of this book. Maybe this isn’t the latest and greatest / trendiest fad diet book but people are really missing out on this gem. It may have a few simplistic techniques or approaches but they are a good review and reminder of why a healthy eating is the best approach. Not only from the standpoint of wanting to diet to look better in a bikini or that little black dress but also what making healthy changes will look like for an all-around healthier you. From how you approach a meal or even your current snack to choosing better and healthier foods for a better and healthier, all-around you. I found this in a local library and it made so much sense and provided a different way of dieting or earring healthier. I decided to buy my own copy and I don’t regret it at all!
