Get ready to see red!
Very powerful colored glasses that will impose a dark , red colored view on its wearer. Great for blocking blue light to the extreme! Very therapeutic for myself and worth it!

Great glasses!
Use these glasses for the computer, tablet and cell phone. Seems to help out for our eyes.

Maybe a bit tighter or a fit than I expected…
I thought by the measurements of these glasses and my prescription frames that I would have more room underneath these but it’s a bit snug… not in an entirely bad way mind you, but still surprising.I was growing accustomed to the yellow-tinted colour-skewing of blue-blocking glasses (which fit less nicely over my new frames) and could often ‘infer’ what used to be blue, but the amber and/or blue- *and* green-blocking of these is just bizarre! Probably not in a bad way, but everything just looks so unfamiliar through these filters; I expect it’ll just take some getting used to though.

Effective; cheap build quality. Good for people who wear glasses.
My first pair of these broke because they are flimsy plastic and not very well made. That said, they are effective (my smart watch will register me as sleeping for the hour I wear these before going to bed, so they must be doing something to help me wind down). They also fit over my glasses, letting me watch TV. I wear them when I get up as well, reducing the cortisol shock of too much blue light (screens) first thing in the morning.

Bono Glasses
These glasses make me look like the lead singer from U2. I don’t care. They are the best. Love them so much. Love the extra plastic that shades the light from leaking in. They wind me down and work. Science backs this. I wasn’t expecting them to fit over my regular glasses so we’ll but they easily do. Very pleased.

Effective Glasses for Eye Strain and Better Sleep
The glasses are a great solution for reducing eye strain and improving sleep quality. The lenses effectively block blue and green wavelengths, making screen time more comfortable and helping me wind down in the evening. The fitover design is practical and sits well over regular glasses without feeling bulky. The frame feels sturdy, and the premium nylon lenses provide clear vision while reducing harsh light. That said, they might feel slightly heavy after extended wear, but the benefits outweigh this minor drawback. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their sleep and reduce screen fatigue!

New pair and a lense is popping out of the frame
Seems to block blue light, and I like the design. But, poor quality. I used it for one week and left lense fell out of the frame. Buy something different.

Great Product
I was a bit sceptic but I can confirm that my eyes don’t feel that tired and red at night. It makes a difference in my sleep as well.

I used this product to facilitate falling asleep quicker. It really does block the blue and green spectrum light waves. It stops the blocking of melatonin by the blue and green light. I notice that I begin to yawn shortly after putting them on in the evening and I fall sleep faster now. I recommend them for anyone watching T.V. or using devices in the evening.

It is rare and usually a lot pricier to block such a wide spectrum of sleep-disruptive light. So I found that impressive and bought two pairs. I also really like the shape of the fit-overs; they’re much more attractive than the abundant square ones. A few things to bear in mind:*The small lens built into the sides is not red but an extremely pale grey. This is suitable because the light that enters your eye frontally is what really matters. Generally side-glare, even if there is a lot of light, will not be sufficient to reflect into the eyes in a way that will disrupt hormones. The little grey windows allow a bit more light in for reading while still toning it down slightly to ensure you don’t get that reflection.*The glasses should be lighter weight and/or have a nice cushion. If you combine them with readers or prescription glasses, it’s going to get heavy after a while. Also, I feel like the weight loosened the hinge on my readers in the first night(!). Although glasses that only block blue light are of minimal effect for me, I do find myself rotating those ones in and out with these to give my nose a break, which is tremendous a shame.*Compared to some fit-overs their construction is not too overly wide and so is more suitable for a woman’s face. And even without my readers on, the design holds onto me far better than I anticipated.*Be sure that the glasses you wear underneath are clear without any computer-coating or light-blocking, or you may strain your eyes because of the dimness.* The biggest ongoing frustration with these glasses has to do with the lens material. It attracts grime and is nearly impossible to get completely clean, also the lenses readily pop out while cleaning. Both of these factors contrast unfavorably to my bon charge readers and to my regular readers, although I’d say that BluBlocker sunglasses also get very grimy and resist cleaning.*It was initially disconcerting that my blue light devices tended not to go neutral with these glasses on. Some looked as bright or brighter with the remaining light that came through as they did with glasses that just block blue light (Uvex Skyper or Swanwick). Other blue light devices looked purply-blue, whereas the blue light blockers left them greenish. I wondered if these lenses were merely dying everything red and not really blocking. But apart from the sellers reply to my question here on Amazon, I did several experiments: I have a blue led device that is quite bright and had it on in a closed cabinet in a closed room with no windows. Opening the cabinet multiple times with each pair of glasses on, it was clear that more total light was coming through with the glasses that block blue light only. Next I took a blue light detecting card and a blue light (such as come with some computer glasses to prove that they block some of the light), and I held the glasses right against the card with the light on top of the lens for ten seconds. The Uvex glasses left a purple mark briefly (indicating some light had gone through), but the Teravan did not. I also shone the blue light through each lens: It looked green and moderate on the Uvex and dim and orange on the Teravan. These experiments convinced me that the Teravan were in fact blocking more blue light, not less, and that the bluish and purplish lights are just a factor of what it looks like with less green and UV.

The lens provides excellent blue green blocking. Sadly my prescription glasses didn’t fit under these. I’d love to see this lens in a clip on.

I wear these every night from about 7pm on. They really help me set my circadian rhythm and helps me fall asleep. They fit over my glasses so I can still read or look at my phone. The only down side is they make everything orange which stinks when watching a movie but you can’t have everything. Also, if the movie is very dark, you can’t see it very well. I highly recommend this for a sleep aide.

These blue & green light blocking glasses fit well over my reading glasses. They seem to be sturdy, though I’ve only had them for less than 2 weeks. I rated at 4 stars instead of 5 because shipping took 2 weeks.
