Great, easy to follow recipes!
As expected, Jeffrey Eisner has done it again! This is my 4th book of his and I am very pleased. The recipes are simple with easy to follow step-by-step instructions, the pictures are beautiful, and the layout is great. I have made over 40 of Jeffrey’s recipes and know that these will be delicious – I can’t wait to try one (or two) today! Jeffrey’s instructions for the Instant Pot are clear and made me much more comfortable when first starting with my pot. Whether you are new to the Instant Pot or are well-seasoned 😉, I highly recommend his books!

Yeah, I know. “who actually bothers with books any more?!?!” Well, we do. Especially for cookbooks from creators we follow and enjoy. Jeffrey Eisner is a great creator, taking classic recipes, comfort foods, modern takes, and adapting them for the InstantPot (or your preferred programmable pressure cooker). His recipes make it simple and fun to make just about anything in your InstantPot. This book is all about simple recipes with short ingredient lists and short prep times. We have yet to try any of Jeff’s recipes that hasn’t been a solid winner with us. As for “why physical books”? Sure, I can look any of his recipes up on his website, but we enjoy the feel of having the cookbook open, following the recipe and instructions as we go along. Plus, it’s our way of thanking Jeffrey for all his work in creating so many awesome recipes and sharing them with the world online.

Jeffrey Isner’s Super Shortcut Instant Pot Cookbook
Book arrived promply. I like that Jeffrey as included the ‘come to pressure’ time in this recipe book. Most Instant Pot cookbooks don’t include this information (which they should ) – so sometimes it’s very hard to calculate the timing of when your item will be ready – especially for someone new to cooking this way. Thankyou Jeffrey for including this most important information in your recipes. Lots of great recipes that you will have most all the list ingredients on hand anyways. Great book for the novice. Highly recommend.

I have all of Jeffry’s cookbooks. I am also an avid YouTube subscriber.There has not been a recipe that I have tried that we haven’t loved!The cookbooks are so thorough and the step by step instructions make cooking ( no matter your skill level) super easy!The books provide the best coloured pictures, which makes them that much better!You will not regret purchasing any of his books!

Easy recipes to follow, great layout, well worth the money!
Jeffrey is a superstar when it comes to explaining how to use the pressure cooker! His recipes are easy to follow, and this one doesn’t seem to call for any ingredients that I wouldnt typically already have in my kitchen! I have purchased all of his 4 books to date, and have gifted them numerous times! Jeff outdid himself again!

I have all of the Pressure Luck cookbooks. They are the only instant pot books I go to on a regular basis. I know the recipes are going to taste good and look exactly as they do in the picture.

Recipes seem rather labor intensive especially if you are a beginner. Maybe if you are an old hand at the instant pot the book would be more helpful

I got my first instant pot pro for Christmas and found myself looking for any and all recipes that I could try for it. I stumbled across Jeffrey Eisner’s pressure luck website and discovered he had recipe books as well. His recipes are actual recipes you will want to cook and there is something for everyone. I bought all 3 of his books as a result, pre-ordered this one and I am so glad that I did. These recipe books are so easy to follow, have excellent, full color photos and lots of helpful tips along the way. He leaves no guesswork as far as the cook time, pressure type, release functions etc. Which, as a new pressure cooker owner, I was thrilled by. And to top everything off, the recipes are DELICIOUS. I am usually one to modify and tweak recipes as I go because i am not afraid of flavor, but after my 2nd meal that I made from his first book, I started following them to the letter and they are so good as written! To say that I highly recommend this book, and any of Jeffrey Eisner’s books, would be a massive understatement. If you have an instant pot- this is for you!

This is my 3rd book of Jeffrey Eisner’s (what he calls) rainbow series (4 books in total so far as at July 2024). I bought this book several weeks ago and now I have purchased the final book in his pressure cooker series. These are the most tasty and super fast meals i have ever made, which is fantastic for anyone that is maybe a worker and doesn’t have time to eat healthy, or for families in a very busy household. The recipe’s are so simple and with ingredients that most people would have in their pantry. If you don’t have an ingredient, Jeffrey tells you in the recipe or on his video’s, if you can leave it out or what you can replace it with. It really is a hands on book that DOES tell you step-by-step, with pictures, to make sure you have got it right. I can’t recommend this book any higher, other than his other books are just as good. There are no repeat recipes that I have come across. The variety is huge and covers appetizer soups, dinners, breads and desserts all in one book. I now love my pressure cooker so much that I bought one for my sister and my youngest daughter who both use it regularly now because of these books. You can see Jeffrey on youtube also, he is a hoot!
