A common challenge for many, addressed beautifully
This book was very insightful. Procrastination can really affect our daily lives and I love the multi-faceted approach, especially the subject of time management. We don’t always think about this topic from the perspective of change, rather our routine of putting things off is just another accepted pattern. So it’s great to have this issue out in the open and looked upon as behaviour that can be modified.

I heard about this book while procrastinating. I was scrolling on Facebook and there was a friend’s post. I’m glad I found it. Many books will discuss the causes, or the ill effects, but few offer constructive advice like replacing triggers with constructive, productive activities. …. Excuse me, I have to get back to work, But I did want to give credit for my enthusiasm where it is due
