Was pleased with the Desk for the price – UPDATE #2
UPDATE #2 The distributor got back to me right away, like an hour after I contacted them, and provided the reset instruction which I have posted in a picture here. Desk is working again, which makes me really happy! Again, after my frustration, and over reaction, I am happy with this desk!UPDATE: Well the operation panel stopped working, its stuck at maximum height, which makes it useless., I see the same issues on some of the other posts here and eslewhere where they sell this desk. . I have contacted Amazon, who told me the distributor and the Manufacturer have to handle this. They have 48 hours. I will order a new one and see if I can remove the panel from it and swap them out and then return the desk, If I can’t take the new panel off, or If I dont get a response in the 48 hours, I plan on taking this apart and throwing it in a box for a return at Amazons expense.I was not expecting much for the price but I was pleasantly surprised . It was really easy to assemble, took me less than an hour, and needed an extra person for the last bit of assemble. The color was nice and the overall desk is perfect for my needs.

Instruction are akin to IKEA but it went together well. Shipping packaging was very well done protecting the table well.Just a tip when assembling, put the lift turning mechanism inside the hole all the way to the tiny tabs on the metal first, then to the motor side, (you’ll understand when you get to this point) if you don’t have the pole in all the way then only one side of table will rise. If this happens, return to start level, unplug, untighten the lift shaft on both ends, and do as I suggest, and the shaft will go in all the to the nobs on the long metal side first, then insert to the motor side, extending as you go, tighten motor side first then other side. Also,the hook what the motor (battery looking part) sits on, put that on the other end of table away from lift motor side, allowing cord to extend full length of under table. (This will allow you longer cord for plug in. (Again, you’ll understand when you get to that point) it all was very easy to put together other than the two tips to help out and troubleshooting .Table is sturdy, looks nice, love the memory feature and has 2 charger usb-c on the display though the top slot doesn’t work for me, is my only issue with this product.

Fast delivery on a lightning deal that I jumped on. Well packaged with everything needed in the box. Took me about 25 minutes from opening the box to adjusting the height on this baby. I went for the white one and I love it. I have my dj gear on it with a 43” tv clamp arm mounted to the back and it can adjust the height with ease.Very happy with my purchase and will recommend this table as so far it has been very sturdy and helpful!

Desk looks fine, not particularly sturdy, motor will not activate whatsoever after assembling desk. I packed it all into the box because I want to return it and Amazon will not cover the return shipping whatsoever!!!even on a BROKEN desk, I dont want product support I want to buy a new desk!!!Buyers Beware you will have to pay $300 in shipping to return (more then the desk cost) and amazon will only cover 4$!!!!! DO NOT BUY

The concept is good and it seems working fine at start…not too difficult to assembly it but after using it for few weeks, the control starts to have problem, the table went up to the highest position and seems stuck that, tried all options including reset asper user manual but failed. Not able to look for contact of technical support, regret the Amazon help doesn’t work in this scenario as seems AI just offer return/refund option which it’s not a tiny product to be easy to return….or if someone would come and pick it up?

I love this table! It’s functioning well and easy to assemble. Very sturdy when it rises.The only thing I want to point out is that in the advertising photos the table looks like a one piece tabletop. However it is actually made of two pieces which they specified in the description. I don’t mind it as it is pretty sturdy so far and does not bother me when I’m studying

I ordered two of these desks and they both arrived on the same day. One desk worked and the other had an error code that was not listed in the instructions/troubleshooting guide. There was no product support number listed anywhere in the instructions and I had to call Amazon support for guidance. They were able to help organize for product pick and return.

IYKYK!!! Working from home is amazing in so many ways but can be terrible for our bodies!!!This desk is a wonderful fix to that! I love that I’m able to work and still be able to do my stretches. I also love the presets! I personally only use 2 – my standing height and my seated height – but I like the option of 2 more.I can’t really attest to how easy it was or wasn’t to put together – my husband did it. He didn’t complain though so I can’t imagine it was terrible!Overall, 10/10.

This is a nice table, assembly was easy but after setting it up, it broke on first day. The mechanism that allows the table to move up and down, broke on left side, making the table useless. The parts this table is made with is very low quality. I contacted the supplier multiple times for help but I never got any response back. Do Not Buy This Table.

Assembled desk, adjusted height for sitting, worked well. Then raised height for standing, froze and can’t reset. There is no way to contact the manufacturer for support, and return fees are higher than the price of buying a new one, so if you have any problems, you’re completely out of luck.
