Edit: While I was really enjoying the watch, it died within a couple of weeks. I went swimming, but before I did, I made sure to check the description here, and read “Wear our smartwatch in the rain, soak up, and in the pool without worry.” Because of that, I wasn’t worried, but sure enough, I felt the watch vibrating as I was swimming, but figure it was just being sensitive to the water touching it…but when I got out, the watch was dead. Moral of the story – if you do get this product (which I still recommend), do not wear it when you’re swimming!Original comment:I have been wearing a smart band for years and have been thinking about getting a smart watch for a long time. Over the years, I’ve probably had about 20 in my cart, only to not buy them.In a moment of weakness, I finally pulled the trigger on this one, and I’m glad I did. This is a review after only one day, but it seems like a great product. What do I like?1. The screen is nice and crisp.2. There are tons of watch faces to choose from.3. The phone software is intuitive. I didn’t need to even read the instructions to get the watch paired.4. It actually paired the watch for calls and sound, which I obviously don’t always want. But only realized it after accidentally having the sound go through the watch, and it was actually pretty good! I haven’t tried a phone call with it yet.5. It’s supposed to be waterproof, but I haven’t tested that yet.6. The device software is quite intuitive to use too. One button abd swipes is all you need.7. It measures heart beat, blood pressure and SPO2, but I can’t vouch for accuracy on any of those.8. Battery life seems reasonable if not very good. I charged it to 50% last night and then wore it for about 24 h, and it was only down to 40%. I’ve now charged it to 100% and hopefully it’ll last a week. While the Apple watch is surely great, I can’t imagine having to charge daily…that’s not something I’m interested in.Anyway, if you’re looking for a slick watch that won’t break the bank, I highly recommend this. Hopefully it lasts!

Things do occur with products from time to time . The watch in question did stop a couple of days after the Amazon window to return expired . Never contacted Amazon to complain but they contacted me asking for my opinion of the watch . Yes I was harsh but the moment hit me like asking ” Well besides that Mrs Lincoln how did you like the play ” ? Seems the Seller saw my comments and without question offered to do what ever it would take to correct things. Note this ..the seller took it upon his own initiative to contact me and offer help. That is what I call excellent customer/public relation response . Mr. Gorbar on behalf of his company offered to replace the defective watch which was sent out Express Courrier and arrived yesterday .The Watch I found to be excellent for my purposes . The functions, easy to read, comfortable and most important the Set Up App were excellent . If you are looking for a wearable Sport Watch to track Heart Beat , Blood Pressure, Oxy2 level and step count it matched closely with readings of the Medical Lab on their equipment .The service of the Seller and his Company was incredible . Mr Grobar went out of his way to help and correct the unfortunate situation in a very timely manner . Yes I amended my initial rating to a 5 Star overall rating . C’est récent et je ne sais pas si c’est dû à une mise à jour ou autre. Je trouve difficilement de l’information sur internet afin de régler le problème.

Bought this for my grandfather and he loves it. Super easy to use and very convenient. Has all the features you need for a smart watch and the larger screen is great for people who might have issues with sight. My grandfather loves this watch and doesn’t take it off. Very easy to set up and maneuver.He had lost the charger and when I contacted the seller, they were so kind and offered to replace the charger. I had asked them if I could purchase a new one and they just let me have one. Such great service and the product is worth it too.
