I love the look of this watch! The selection of watch faces and the pulse and step count are accurate. I’ve also tested water proofing by swimming and it works great!The issue is it keeps losing track of the correct time. It started about a week after I got the watch. It doesn’t keep track itself and will only fix when it is syncing with the app. For example I woke up today at 5 and my watch said it was 11PM. I log into app and the watch refreshes, so annoying because it does it randomly through day as well – even when phone is with me

Great watch for cheap
The wife has had 4 previous generic smart watches, and they were okay (until her last one stopped receiving text alerts). So I bought her this one. She really likes it. The screen is easier to read, the alerts are much bigger to see, and I like that it has GPS and Alexa (note: it seems you must also have the Alexa app on your phone in order for it to work on the watch). The band is extremely comfy. I wish there were more faces that allowed complications to be set (one click shortcuts on the main watch face). This one is very limited. Also, the vibration isn’t that strong. I cannot speak to the accuracy of the health features. Lastly, it would be nice if the weather showed a forecast instead of just current temperature. Overall, a nice generic watch

Stops working after 3 months
I really liked this watch. It had great functionality and was fairly accurate but one day it stopped taking a charge and kept turning off. I tried contacting the company via the app and they said to contact the parent company. There is absolutely no contact info for the company VSTAY. Try looking. I wanted to see if we could work out a replacement or repair but now I have just wasted money for an inevitably useless thing that will just end up in a landfill. Very disappointed and would not recommend buying this product or supporting this company.

Great for a week
Very impressed with this watch at the start. Battery lasted about 5 days on a full charge, synched to all necessary apps without an issue, steps and HR seemed accurate and the sleep info was accurate and very helpful. BUT after a week it sporadically stopped counting steps- sometimes it did, sometimes it didn’t. So sadly had to return it.
