This smart watch is lovely and does fit my smaller wrist size. However it needs to be charged daily, is inaccurate in step count and hard to customize. Really more of a simple watch than a smart watch.

I’ve had the watch for less than a week. I charge it every night before going to bed. This morning, the watch will not turn on. I’ve tried everything. There’s no way to reset it to factory settings without it being paired to the phone, and I can’t even do that because it won’t turn on.

Better than expected, love this watch!
I’m not a watch person but this watch won me over. It’s comfortable, very user friendly and does everything I want and more. It’s an awesome watch with a great price point. I only have to charge it once a week and it charges super fast.I like it way more than I expected.Highly recommend.

As a stand-alone watch it works great. Unfortunately, connection to the iPhone is poor at times.
I recently got a smartwatch and when my wife saw it she thought it would be fun to try one as well. When I saw this one available, I decided to give it a try. While the watch itself is really nice, the connection to the iPhone is sometimes poor. Using another operating system like Android could be different.The watch arrives in a small box that slides open. Inside the box you have the watch face, three bands (two silicone and one metal), a baggy with three pins, the magnetic charger with a USB A connection, some cleaning wipes and the instruction manual. The first step was to charge the watch so I used the wall charger from my iPhone and after connecting it, it started charging instantly. The battery lasts around 2 to 3 full days and charges in less than 2 hours. My wife wanted to try the purple silicone band so I installed it and once you figure out how the pins and sliders go on and off, it makes it easy to swap to the other bands when you want to change the style.The watch has a really nice touch screen and can be used stand-alone for all it’s native features (calculator, heart monitor, sleep monitor, and so on) but you’ll still need to download the app to perform first time setup and things like background changes. The app is decent and does the job, but for some reason the bluetooth drops off periodically and updates don’t get pushed back and forth. Since I’ve had similar problems with other devices connected to my iPhone I won’t blame the watch entirely, but it’s worth keeping in mind. What did work well was all the text and phone notifications, including being able to communicate with voice through the watch’s microphone and speakers. This extends to using it for listening to music and voice activation.So while the app may have connectivity issues, it still works well enough that you can enjoy it and one of our favorite things was the vast amount of backgrounds to choose from. Another is the over 100 sport tracking profiles available and my wife was really happy that they had horseback riding!Overall, the watch is a really nice piece and has good value despite the connection issues with the app on my iPhone. Again, Android users may have better luck. Despite having less information, it’s still really great to use stand-alone and if you’re looking for an entry-level smartwatch to see if you’ll enjoy it, this product is a good choice!

Super bummed this watch didn’t work cause this watch is gorgeous. I bought it for the esthetics and the features it had.But you Can’t log your workouts,Just read that this same issue happening with other smartwatches on Amazon that use the same app, but basically you only have 6 preset workouts.It’s like football badminton and a couple other random ones but you can’t add any more.You are supposed to be able to add as many different sports modes as you want to the watch, so you can log all your different workouts.But when you go to add them (through the app) it won’t show up on the watch. Tried multiple times even resetting the watch and powering on and off. Since I’ve read other users having the same issues, I will just return it instead of getting another.Sports mode was the whole point of me getting the watch, not just for steps but for the mileage I walk and calories burned during all my different activities and workoutsAlso the battery went down like 10 percent when I was just fiddling with this for an hour!Hope this helps somebody!

I liked the watch for the most part. However, the metallic band was difficult to fasten causing the watch to not be secure. A month ago the back of the watch fell off exposing the battery. Although I was able to place the back onto the watch, it will not stay because there is no lock. I am unable to return the watch since it was 3 months after purchase. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
