   Watch was region “locked”
   Although it says its the international model, this watch was locked to the “South American” countries. We tried to set it to US and that was not even an option. After reading online for a long time trying to find how we can adjust to US, I was left with two options: return the item, or pick one of the South American countries listed. We picked Puerto Rico as its the closest to the US, and we hope it will work just fine, but we were annoyed by that and I’ve read that this may “block” certain features from the watch. I would recommend buying directly from Samsung instead of a seller for those type of things. It had a great deal on it, but I regret buying from Amazon.

   This watch doesn’t work in Canada, it doesn’t even connect with your phone.

   Not compatible with country
   Received two watches, both “International” versions. This label is very misleading, as one watch only allowed selecting countries from middle East and northern Africa, the other only countries from east Asia, with no option for Canada, which is where the watches are bought and to be used. Not being able to select the right country could also block certain functionality.
