An easy read, but very light on details.
All the information in this book could be found in a basic Yahoo Finance article.1. Find an undervalued property.2. Find a reliable contractor to fix it up.3. Sell for big profits.There were very few details about HOW to find undervalued properties, resources to find reliable contractors or examples of contracts one might need when dealing with contractors or joint ventures.The book promises more details on its website, but the website doesn’t exist.This book is only 122 pages and reads more like an article in MoneySense Magazine. You might be better off getting Real Estate Investing for Canadians for Dummies at your local library.
