This beautiful book goes way beyond the basics of better sleep. If you already follow the basic guidance for better sleep (no screens, dark room, etc) but find your rest… lacking… then get this guide! It offers dozens of practical rituals (meditations, tapping, mantras, visualizations etc) to help you access a deeper level of rest. Sleep isn’t just turning off, it can be turning ON to a deeper level of connection to yourself. This is how we turn sleep into rest. This would make a great gift, too!
