Great product, good for pet cam.
Great video quality, good zoom, fairly easy setup. The biggest negative is that it does not angle low enough. If you have it sitting upright (as opposed to hanging from the ceiling), such as on a pole or a shelf, then the most downward angle you can point it is MAYBE 45 degrees, which means there is a huge blind spot around the base of it. For example, if it is sitting upright about 6 feet off the ground on a pole. There is probably about a 6 foot diameter blind spot underneath it.There are 3 quality settings, so you can lower data consumption while on mobile data. Even the low quality is good enough. The mechanical turning is really cool, and spins maybe 320 degrees. It’s frustrating because there is a delay from the app to the camera, so you keep over shooting where you’re trying to aim. Even the touchscreen toggle to move it on the phone seems to have a delay, you need to hold it for 0.5 seconds or else it doesn’t register. I feel like this could be fixed via software. The zoom is good, same delays, but more understandable for zoom. The night vision is very good even at 20-30 feet or so.The power cord could be longer, but should work for most locations around a house. It looks like it’s about 8 feet. After leaving it unplugged for a while I had to do a hard reset, as it wouldn’t connect to my router again.Talking and listening through it is about as expected, 1 second delay, and medium quality, but great function for pets.

Great camera for a great price
This camera has all the features as advertise. The PTZ features work great, there is a bit of delay, but once you get used to that and correct for the delay it’s fine. This isn’t really ideal for a security camera, I think its more idea for indoor use to monitor your pets. The night vision is great with great photo quality. You won’t be able to use this camera to look outside a glass window. You’ll get false positives when it comes to the motion detection, and the glare from the sun on the window will create false positives as well. For 80 bucks this is a great camera to keep an eye on our dog while we are out shopping.

Easy to use!
Amazing camera. Just plug it in, start up the app and away you go! Since it’s so small, I can easily put it where I need to.

Takes multiple exposures when capturing still pictures
The unit is easy to setup using the Android app.The main issue I have found is the camera does an extremely poor job at taking still pictures. About one out of every 5 pictures is ruined by the fact that the camera takes multiple exposure it combines into a single picture. As a result many of the stills are unusable.I have contacted Reolink support, so far no solution. I will update this review if/when I am provided more information. I the mean time, I cannot recommend. There are plenty of other options out there. I have an Amcrest camera that does a much better job at a similar price point.UPDATEAfter numerous email exchanges (10+emails) with Reolink support I have determined that:a) the camera does not work as advertised when it comes to capturing still pictures. Roughly half of the pictures captured have repeating patterns (gives the impression of a multi exposure image) thus making these pictures useless.b) my rating of Reolink support staff: i) responsiveness 5/5. They will get back to you within 24 hours. ii) knowledge of very basic photography terms 0/5. Despite sending them several pictures that clearly demonstrated problem, they misunderstood my complaint.iii) providing a solution for the problem 0/5. I was not offered a firmware update. They suggested various changes to the camera settings. None of them worked. It seems that Reolink does not have a solution for this problem. For the reasons I have outlined above, I am changing my rating to a 1 star.I will be returning the camera to Amazon.

Nice Camera & App, wish their Motion Capture was better.
I really like the Reolink products, nice form factor, easy to setup, the app is great, has support for SD Card, ONVIF protocol and ftp backup. However the motion sensor is really painful and is its Achilles heal, it has support for Masking areas which is nice and controlling the sensitivity, but the sensitivity control is only one direction and can’t be tuned for large changes and this is where the problem start. Any lighting change in the room will cause a trigger, this thing alerts you constantly as the room brightens. Such as when you live it an area that has lots of weather transitions (sunny – cloudy) or you have a motion light that turns on out side of the camera view, like a hallway light and the camera is another room with the door open. Wish Reolink could updated their firmware and improve the motion sensor.

Two Thumbs Up!
This is my third Reolink camera. Have two at our seaside cottage (see sample photo) for over a year including two Canadian winters and just added a third at home with PTZ. We use the same SSID at both locations and all cameras show simultaneously from the app which is very convenient. App works great. Yes there is some lag as noted by others and can be tailored to connection speed which does also impact picture quality but not really a bother for the peace of mind given at this price point. Night vision limited in range somewhat and by precipitation but incredible low light response, eg after dusk or in moonlight, is a bonus.
