I’ve ordered 4 books included Dave and Mel Real Estate Investing Secrets. This book was the thinnest of all but let me tell you the content / quality of information you will find is gold. It’s really “A No-B.S. Guide”, you can read it in a couple of hours and straight to the point. I recommend this book to anybody thinking about financial independence.

I was surprised to see this book had so few pages when it arrived. The content was not very helpful In my opinion. I feel as though the point to book was to get people to contact them and utilize their services. I’m not against companies selling their services, but I was hoping to learn something in depth about how exactly to do what they are doing.The knowledge I gained was less than minimal and therefore not worth the money spent. Perhaps they could write a secondary book which is far more detailed.

Touch on a lot of topics but closed on none.
This book title is miss leading. It is more about what the authors has accomplish it there Real estate ventures. They touched on a lot of real estate topics but they provide no real insights on any of the them, that would be helpful to someone who is thinking of getting started in real estate. If you’re really interested in getting started in real estate, do yourself a favour and get some how to get started in Canadian real estate investments.

This book is, unequivocally, one of the best real estate investing books I’ve ever read. It reminds me of a mix between Rich Dad, Poor Dad and The ABCs of Real Estate Investing. Simple, practical, and essential lessons for achieving financial freedom. Well done!
