Must Read for anyone new to real estate investing
Great read!! I would definitely recommend this book for anyone new to real estate investing. The author simplified all the different vehicles you can you use as you build out a real estate portfolio that you can leave to the next generation. Would definitely recommend everyone to take the first step and give this a read or listen. As Munashe said in the book, you don’t need to have thousands and thousands in the bank to invest in real estate, you get started even if all you can invest is $100.

Financial Freedom and stability.
The book is a good portal to giving information to people who really have never looked into the benefits of real-estate. Giving others the knowledge to understand the opportunities that come with this type of investment, and the doors that can potentially be opened setting up a healthy financial path way for those raising kids. I found it had information that is both helpful to those with kids and those without. A good read.

Awesome Book
Really enjoyed reading this book, call me Ignorant but I have little to no knowledge on real estate and so I found it very informative and educative especially on Real Estate Investment Trusts, I will definitely look into REITS. I believe this is a great book for our children and future generations without a doubt because I am all about generational wealth and it’s important for our children to learn that as well so early on in life. Great Book
