Was a little skeptical, but although a little cheap, I’ve been recomending this chair to everyone. Great price. Great product. I used it about once a week. Nicely placed lumbar support. Assembly was seamless, although I wrecked the first Allen key.

I am very happy with this chair, comfortable and provide great support. The chair parts is neatly packed and the material feels durable. There’s a QR code for the installation video and with the same QR code you can register for warranty protection. The video is easy to follow and it only took me around 20 mins to put it together, which is easier than my pervious one. No fancy handle bar for height or back angel adjustment, avoid unnecessary confusion. I would definitely purchase again.

fantastic chair!
This chair ticked all the boxes for me. It is comfortable, as I sit for hours at a time, has great support, especially in my lower back, and is very sturdy. Assembly was very easy and took very little time. I have had this chair for a few months and used it daily and the cushioning and fabric are holding up well so far. I would highly recommend this chair.

Only half of the items arrived.
7 days after the first box arrived I still have not seen the second one although delivery process showed “completed”. Therefore I couldn’t assemble the chair. There arent arm rests, base plate, gas lift, etc. not enough parts. Now I have to return everything after unloading the box? This is annoying.

comfortable but built for bigger people
i like this chair for its comfort level, breathability and ease to clean. I do find it a bit too deep for me. If i sit up straight in it, my feet dont touch the floor very well. (im 5′ 6″) Also, it doesnt recline back much so if you want kick back and stretch – it doesnt do that very well. Otherwise, it seems sturdy enough and looks nice.

I had had a cheap cheap desk chair that gave me a sore butt and elbows after a long day I wanted a big, comfy, ergonomic, and attractive desk chair that didn’t break the bank and I found it!The chair is heavy and wide and feels expensive and luxurious. The chair cushion is extremely comfortable, and the lumbar support, upper back and neck rest are just perfect. I’m 5’10” and the height of the lumbar and upper back rests seem to hit in all the right spots. The headrest is adjustable to go up and down and forward and back so you can have it hit your head or your neck, whatever you prefer. I also like that the armrests go up and down.The gray and white and black and design of the chair is pleasing to the eye. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking to level up their desk set up!

At it’s original price of $170, not worth it. At it’s current price with coupon of $120, it’s good. Probably the best seat cushion in this price range, which is arguably the most important element.Arm rests are nice and sturdy and comfortable, but maybe a bit too contoured and need smaller height adjustment increments. Seat back is good, as is the headrest, though it’s a little too far back and should come forward a little more.My big issues with this is the lumbar support. I see what they were going for but at least for me, it’s too stiff, comes out too much, and starts to hurt my back after a couple of hours. Knowing how much of a pain it would be to disassemble and return, I sought a fix.You are able to take the lumbar support off and when you do, you’ll see two heavy duty springs. I took them off, and then made the screws that hold the lumbar support in place extra tight. Problem solved. The support now gives more when I press against it, without being totally useless. Ymmv. Overall I’m satisfied with my purchase but a few design tweaks and bit more adjustability would go a long way to making this a ln excellent wfh chair, instead of just a very good one. Again, the seat cushion is the real selling point here, it’s fantastic, and feels like it will last.

I’ve had my Primy Chair for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier! I had doubted the ability of this item at first, but it has already been through a lot being I weigh about right at the capacity of the item and it’s still holding up strong. This chair is incredible—affordable, durable, and worth every penny. Super easy to put together, takes about 45 minutes. Super sturdy with great support for those long hours sitting while working from home. Surprisingly, it moves across carpeted surfaces well also, I’ve’ never had any other chair do that without a desk mat. I’ve had more expensive options for chairs, and I would pick this one over all those others. Excellent value for your money and wonderfully comfortable.
