High quality product makes office work enjoyable
I am impressed with the quality of this headset. It is very comfortable to wear for long meetings. The sound quality is crisp while listening to music. The best part was that setup was seamless. Just connecting the usb dongle was enough to pair it with Teams. All input and output settings were correctly updated as needed. It is wireless so the flexibility of movement while taking calls is a big plus. I expect it to last long and be a good investment.

Poor Built Quality – Broke in 6 Months
Headset worked fine for a couple of months and in fact has a great battery life but the built quality is the issue, the side of the headset that can come out doesn’t stay locked as shown in the picture.Now everyime I put on the headset for a call, one side comes out and I have to slide it back in and can’t afford to touch the headset them throughout the call else it will come out again.It’s not a cheap headset that you can buy and replace every couple of months but I don’t believe it’s worth the price and would not recommend to anyone.

You wouldn’t regret these!
After a long search and 2 pairs later, I found an ideal head phone set for work. It’s amazing what today’s technology can produce at a bargaining price. They are light weight, very good for long meetings, while the microphone is not a top notch product but the sound of your voice is very clear. I can easily manage through 2 days of work with 3 meetings and numerous phone calls on one charge. I am using them with second ear cup attached, which helps cutting out people’s conversation in a busy office. Since the microphone is always in front of your mouth, it’s barely picking up any background sounds. The most important thing for me: if I leave them on my desk on stand by, they DO NOT drop connection! (like Microsoft head set which is supposed to be designed for Teams and work from home). Only one down side: since both cups are rotating, microphone on the left side can rotate along with the cup too close to my mouth (depending on your ear shape), but it’s easily fixed with a touch of a glue. When this pair dies, I will buy the same one without hesitation!

Broke after few months
Been using this headset for couple weeks now. The quality of the headset looks expensive and sturdy, Sound quality and noise cancelation is good. No complaints. There are instances that it will randomly disconnect with my bluetooth. I’m honestly not sure if its the headset or my macbook air. I dont use the usb dongle that’s included in the box, so that maybe it.The sound Its not up to par with the wired one’s which is pretty much expected with Bluetooth headsets, but this headset does the job really well. It has an AMAZING Battery life. I use this headset monday-friday for an 8 hour shift and i only need to charge once a week. It feels comfortable to use and fits my head well, and can be adjustable. There’s also an option to just use one ear which is amazing.****UPDATE: Broke after few months of use. part of the detachable earpiece broke, and I cant use it anymore. I tried emailing customer service to purchase a replacement part, but was told that they do not sell pieces which is totally understandable. They offered me a $20 gift card but then ignored my email when I ask about warranty. Mute button stopped working as well. Really disappointing.

An good deal for the low price point
I bought these to be able to work from home. Of course, they can’t compare to the ones I have at my workplace (which are four times the price) but these work nicely. The sound is sometimes a little scratchy, but never so bad I can’t make out what is being said. They are easy to connect to my cellphone and easy to operate. A decent deal for the price.

Good sound quality for the price!
I had to change my headset for the work after 3 years with logitech headset, I decided to try a new one. This headset is very cool! Sound quality is very good, noise cancellation is pretty good, hard to ear myself when I talk so that is juste perfect. Comfort is good, it is a bit tight but the place where you put your ears are so thik that make it comfortable. Microphone can be adjust on both side. Volume buttons easy to use. It connect very fast compared to my old one. I recommend.

I got this headset about a week ago and have been really happy with it.The dual option for one-sided headset, or both sides with earphones, is really great.Currently I am using just the one side.The sound quality is really good and the people I talk to say the calls come in very clear.The battery lasts a long time so I really appreciate that.Having the usb dongle is also a nice added feature.I would definitely recommend this product.

I WFH and my job entails for me to answer phone calls all day long. The headset I had prior to this worked well, but it was plugged into my laptop & I really wanted a wireless headset so I could move away from my desk during slow days in between taking calls. Let me tell you that I am so very happy that I bought this headset!*The call quality is crystal clear, I also feel they do a great job with noise cancelling from what people have told me, they can’t hear any background noise and they tell me they can hear my voice nice and clearly.*It was a breeze to setup. I was worried if I would have to download any software because I have a laptop provided by my employer, and it probably wouldn’t allow me to download any drivers or software since it’s all controlled by our help desk due to them fearing the laptop getting any viruses, but luckily this headset doesn’t require you to have to download any drivers or software! You literally just plug in the USB dongle that comes with it, and then change your sound settings to the headset and Mic android uu you’re good to go!*You can also use this headset to listen to music, shows, or whatever on your phone (or laptop/computer) too, all you have to do to use it with your phone is just by paring it thru Bluetooth as you would for any other headphones. You can keep the USB dongle plugged into your laptop/computer & still be able to pair with your phones Bluetooth so you can easily switch back and forth from each one with ease! *I love that you can flip the mic on the headset so you can use it in either ear. It also comes with an attachment that allows you to take off the ear cuff speaker on the opposite side from the one with the mic if you only want to have one ear covered and the other ear open if you still want to hear open if you want to hear what’s going around in your surroundings. I keep both of the speakers on both ears covered so I can hear my calls better.*This headset keeps a charge all day through my 8+ hr shift without ever needing to be charged. I’ve tried other wireless headphones in the past that needed to be charged again at least halfway through my shift, usually right around lunch time.The Seller is also very nice and answered a question I had about the headset very promptly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the purchase of the headset.I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality wireless headset, it’s well worth the $, because now I’m not always strapped to my desk all day long. This is my third product that I’ve purchased from this company and I have to say that I am very happy with all purchases! TL;DR – This is worth your investment as an affordable, wireless headset! After 2 weeks of solid use, I can report that it is easy to set-up, hassle-free, fast-charging, and is surprisingly comfy!THE BOX: As you can see, the headphones come in a very nice and sturdy box. This is mostly relevant because it mitigates the potential for shipping damage. The USB is also safely and securely included, which is a great plus (because let’s face it– if you lose it or it didn’t come in the mail, that’d be bad)!USABILITY & COMFORT: The spongy pads of the headphones are surprisingly comfortable (you might not think so from the pictures, but they are)! Naturally the headphone can adjust its length, but the left and right earphones both adjust vertically, which is a very nice touch for maximum comfort! The left earphone is easily removed by a button on the interior of the headset so that you can have an open-eared headset, for telecommunication purposes, but I prefer the sound quality of having both on. Audio comes out clearly and crisply. Even better, the soft padding has a surprising amount of noise cancellation that I didn’t initially expect from the product, but that I am very happy to have.BATTERY: When fully charged, I had no issues with this headset dying on me during a single sitting, even after extended use and play. No issues here, but I’ve only tested it for a week, so I can’t say how the battery longevity is for yearly use.ANY DISADVANTAGES?: There are only two potential disadvantages I will mention, but these could even be advantages for you, depending on what you’re looking for!1) No compatibility with gaming consoles. However, the company does not market these headphones for this purpose and it will work with an adapter, so I can’t fault them for this. Not a negative, just something to be aware of, as these aren’t labeled “gaming headphones.”2) No horizontal adjustability on the microphone. Although the microphone can be adjusted up and down (no surprise there), it cannot be moved closer to your mouth or further away. However, this is not necessarily a bad thing. The sturdy plastic that protects the important microphone wiring means that you’ll likely have longevity with this headset (more of a plus, actually)! And isn’t bad if you dislike having to worry about adjusting the distance of your mic to your mouth constantly. As such, this is more neutral and potentially, to some it may even be a positive thing.Overall, love it and happy with yet another product from a great company with wonderful customer service!

I have to say, this headset has actually been great so far. I charged them when I received them, and so far haven’t charged them again. Two months later? I turn them off when not in use. Average about 2 meetings per day, but sometimes more. I use with an Apple Macbook Pro M1pro (the 2nd gen Apple M1 ARM chip). The range is better than expected. I guess my house just isn’t big enough to really put them to the test! I regularly walk out of my home office and through the house to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee or microwave a breakfast burrito, no problem at all. That’s pretty much the farthest point from the office I can go w/o going out into the yard. The microwave does tend to interfere with the audio, perhaps time to wrap that microwave in aluminum foil! People on meetings remark that they can hear me quite clearly. One of my co-workers even asked me what brand/model I was using. I was proud to give them the particulars, including the price. They were definitely impressed with that compared to the big name company we all know that sells keyboards, mice, and bluetooth headsets!These are on-ear headphones, which isn’t as good as over-ear, but they’re way cheaper than the over-ear headsets I looked at but didn’t buy, and I have to say they are pretty comfortable. I’ve been in [tedious] meetings that lasted more than an hour and experienced no discomfort. The noise cancellation I can’t really tell because with on-ear headphones it doesn’t really do much for me. I haven’t heard any complaints from co-workers about leaf blower noise when the gardener is at work, but my co-workers are pretty tolerant unless it’s super bad.The headset comes with a USB-A to USB-c charging cable. Charging was straightforward and unremarkable. Pairing was quick and easy. I do not use with a mobile phone, just the computer.These have volume control buttons on one ear phone, and those buttons interact with your computer, or at least with my computer, and change the volume from the computer, which is very handy. When I have the volume control window open on my computer, it shows the volume going up or down as I push the button(s).It has a mute button WHICH DOES NOT INTERACT WITH THE COMPUTER/SOFTWARE, and despite what some others have said in their reviews, this is an excellent feature! This way I can mute while eating, burping, talking to the dog, etc., and no one else on the meeting/call can tell that I’m muted. This is especially good when having meetings with customers, because then it looks like I’m always paying attention and not rudely off – well – talking to the dog. I like that a lot.I would buy these again and have already recommended them to co-workers.
