    Good for international NoBS, free podcast listeners, and people who want to track health
    I’m an international member of NoBS, and I have tried using other planners, but I keep returning to this one as it helps me the most.I like that the planners contain identical goal setting, weight tracking and planning pages…it’s fun to have a bit of variety in the covers, without losing any functionality.The questions “what went well, what went poorly and where can I improve,” are especially helpful. They help me to evaluate how a stressful event or a neutral change in routine might be impacting my emotions and my eating decisions.I believe that this planner could also be useful for a person who wants to maintain their weight, but tracks their food to address other health issues. In the past using a food planner has helped me to notice & deal with non-weight health issues.I know of a number of people who have used this planner to successfully lose all their weight (up to 100+ lbs). Some of these people lost weight in a paid weight loss group and others lost weight using free weight loss podcasts.

    Super Easy to Keep up
    This book just asks for short little thoughts and plans. It’s really easy to find the time to fill it out each day. And the questions help prompt me to think about things. Great little book for keeping track of the good, the bad and the improving. Highly recommend.

    Absolutely fabulous journal. Detailed enough to write your most important thoughts, yet a great size to easily travel with. I would love to this journal in a spiral bond notebook.

    This is a great journal for anyone who does No BS, or Half Size Me, etc. It’s compact but has room for all the stuff you want to keep track of. I highly recommend it!

    I am a member of the Half Size Me Academy run by Heather Robertson and this journal is perfect for her PPJ method of journaling!!! She recommends just grabbing any old notebook, but I’m a planner person and was over the moon thrilled when I found this! The important part about this system is seeing how often you deviate from your plan. Most food/diet journals just have an area to write what you are eating, this one has the perfect set up so that you can see how often you go off plan and how you are progressing toward your goals. You could also use the actual column to write in exact measurements of the food you planned to enter into a calorie tracking app later if you wish to. I also enjoy the opposite side of the page where there is space to journal about what went well, what didn’t, how you can improve and additional lined journaling space for the day.The paper is good, takes some inks for me stamping but others do bleed a bit…highlighters work fine.Edited to add: Not enough pages for a full 3 months if the months have 31 Days. This journal will only take me through July 29, started on May 1st. A bit disappointed with that.

    great food journal, has all the prompts you could want but I wish it had higher quality paper and was spiral bound or even loose leaf options instead of bound
