Great product
Just received my new red cast iron braiser and I love it! I cooked beef for a stir fry then added the vegetables. Put the lid on and when it was done, the juices from the beef were in the pan and everything cooked perfectly. The lid with its little knobs underneath kept the moisture in and the meat was unbelievably tender when we ate it. One of our best stir frys ever! The colour is beautiful and it’s a nice heavy easy cleaning pan with a big cooking surface. I like that I can stove top cook or use in the oven. Best part is I got $10 off when I ordered it and it came next day. Would recommend this product

Perfect size for me. Beautiful and was fun to cook in. Couldn’t get it completely stain free after use but the magic eraser type sponge it comes with does really help. Would buy again. I hope it’s chip resistant but haven’t used it enough to know yet

Such a nice pot
I always get enamel for my pots so I was thrilled to find this cast iron one that can go from stove to oven. I was concerned about stuff sticking, since that’s one issue with enamel, but even a slow roast for several hours that had stuff baked to the bottom came right off.Some reviews said the included handle covers don’t fit. You’re meant to put the loop of the handle cover over your finger, and then the handle cover sits in your hand like a baseball mitt and you can just pick up the pot handles with the covers over your palm.
