Really impressed with this set. Absolutely gorgeous shiny finish and such a nice gold finish on the handles. Each peices has a nice weight to it , indicating high quality and durability. Each peice also has measuring lines engraved inside which is so convenient. Cannot believe how much I l love these.

Great set but soft metals
Instantly scratched on the bottom and the frying pans were easily chipped and scratched from the ceramic surface. Have been very careful but still very easy to scratch. Also the pots have cloudy staining on them not sure why.

The set is very elegant and the box was quite heavy when received. This is my first set of stainless steel cookware and I do find the heating was evenly on the cookware. The handles were not hot so it was good grip but can’t hold too close to the pot and pan.The nonstick part was great on the 8 inch pan and we made fried eggs and pan fried chicken wings and the skin were still all crispy but not stuck on pan. We then used the medium 9.5in for fried rice and overall easy to use and non stick. Which is important for Chinese at home cookingWe hand washed and used dish washer and both ways had no issues.

In Asian cooking, my favorite part is the flavors but my worst nightmare is scrubbing the pans and pots afterwards to get the burnt grime and stains and food off! I was gifted a small pan that had ceramic cooking and it worked really well for me so I decidedly to finally invest in a bigger set so everything matches and looks good in my kitchen but also is functional. I have several other cookware from this brand and so far everything I have gotten is top notch! The gold detailing on the handles makes this look very high end but it’s a fraction of the price that I had paid if I purchased it from a big brand for the exact same set! Honestly I can’t tell a difference between this brand and my all-clad or calphalon cookware. Aside from not having to spend hours at the sink scrubbing, the food cold evenly throughout in these. Bring non stick, it actually makes cooking fun for me instead of stressful for food sticking to the pans as I cook. I like to hand wash these but my husband washes them in the dishwasher and they’ve been fine either way. Happy with my purchase once again!
