My Vitamix is over 20 years old and the blades were still the originals. I was quite happy to find this replacement blade and ordered it immediately. It was super easy to install. If you need instructions, you can find them in the back of your Quick Start book. I hadn’t realized how dull my blades were until I picked up this unit and nearly cut my fingers! There was no problem with the fit and it works like new now.
