Or one can get just one book. This book is an excellent educational source that has is all. The book includes a cute story that kids can relate to, beautiful illustrations that capture children’s attention, calming-down activities for kids, instructions to adults on the follow-up activities, emotions cards, feelings cards, coloring pages and related short stories to teach kids empathy.

    Phenomenal Book
This book is incredible. There are emotion cards and colouring pages in the back after the story. As a children’s mental health worker and parent, this book is such a good resource to help with co-regulation and teaching body cues. Love it!!

    What a Wonderful Book
I bought this for my 5 year old who has been struggling with his feelings, and he loves it! We read it at bedtime and then he asked to read it again the next night. Then my 10 year old joined in and she loved it too. It such a nice little story about all of the emotions that a small child might go through in a couple of days, and how their body feels during them, and fits some anger coping mechanisms in as well. I’m SO glad I purchased it.

    So Valuable for Kids!
This book is a must for parents with young kids with big emotions. Beautifully illustrated and entertaining, it’s also highly educational for both kids and their parents with lots of heartfelt advice for talking about feelings, and ample resources and bonuses for continuing the discussion with your kids. Highly recommended.

    Good introduction to feelings
Some of the illustrations are odd looking. But a good book over all.

    Love the bonus material
I am a school counsellor and teacher and believe This book is a good way to help children build their feeling vocabulary. However, some of the words used in the text, younger children may have a hard time understanding but that’s how you build vocabulary!I really enjoyed the short stories where kids can practice their social emotional skills with their caregivers.

  9. Mattress protector is very good, perfectly fits to a mattress with its size.

Very nice story that teaches how to deal with emotions not only kids but the parents who are reading this book to its children. Many thanks))

Nowadays handling children is a really very difficult task for the parents. Handling the children’s emotions was very well explained. A good one must read.

  11. Mooi product

Voor kinderen in groep 6 en 7 die wat meer uitdaging willen bij naast de Engelse les.

I really want to like this book, but I really can’t recommend it. It’s a great idea but there are two major problems. First, while the images are very nice, it’s poorly written. Far too many words, inconsistent names for characters (Grandpa/Grandad), etc. Also, the message about how to deal with difficult emotions isn’t ideal (apologizing to Grandma for pushing his sister rather than apologizing to sister, having to go to his room until he stops feeling angry). Also, while the idea of having pictures in the back to try to guess the emotion the characters are feeling is a nice one, the images really don’t look like the emotions that they are supposed to depict. Too bad.
