    Game changer!
Bought this for when my daughter is in the vehicle and im doing farm chores. Easy to use and small enough to fit in my pocket without being bulky. I like that it comes with two chargers and a really nice carry case. It is a staple to my diaper bag.

    Portable Audio Baby Monitors
Really pleased with these audio baby monitors! Their sensitivity to sound, long battery life, and portability are definitely standout features. They have exceeded my expectations and I use them a lot more than I thought I was going to.

Disappointed, return shipping is $22 Canada Post Ottawa to Trenton
The “connection lost” sound is very quiet and barely audible. This is important if the battery dies or is out of range or for other reasons. I would probably sleep through it and I would likely miss it if I was awake and in a noisy area. Also, there is no way to adjust the sensitivity, which is a bit disappointing. This might be a VTech-only feature. I will be returning it and am surprised to see that I have to pay for return shipping for a product that did not meet my expectations.

I wanted a secondary monitor to use in and around the house, and this works perfectly. Now my little one can fall asleep anywhere, and I can leave him there to get stuff done around the house with peace of mind.Sound quality is good. You can hear everything and adjust the level. I do wish there was a sound indicator light you could toggle on or off all the time without having to mute the audio, but that’s my only gripe. The battery lasts long enough for my use, which is mostly just for naps and such during the daytime.I love that it is USB-C rechargeable and it does work with most of the chargers that I already had at home (plus it comes with 2 extra chargers).

I love the plum color! So bold and classy. I used to buy things based only on function over beauty, but I’m evolving and so glad these were my first beauty + functionality purchase. Just what I wanted, wireless and no WiFi. Like a walkie talkie one way, with full listening the other way, though you can mute the parent device. Great to put outside or in the playroom while my older kids are playing, especially when I am home alone nursing a sleeping baby in bed. Now I don’t have to try to get their attention in other silly ways (ie. bells, quiet yelling, whistling). Also good for when baby is sleeping in the car and I am running into a friend’s house or waiting at the taco truck. Gave the baby device to one of my older kids and had them walk a long block away from our front yard. Worked well. Noticeable that range is shorter with obstructions. Oh, and they are so cute and compact in the sweet carrying case! Easy to bring the whole set along. Can’t wait to use it on family vacay. Overall pleased. Good ‘ol Motorola, the OG!

Both the parent and baby units can be run by battery, plugged into the wall, or plugged into a usb outlet. So you’re covered in any situation. So many baby units run only if they’re plugged in. That’s why I went with this one, because there’s not always an outlet near where my baby sleeps. The battery lasts a good while, though I’ve never used it for more than a couple hours at a time. Sound is very clear. If one unit loses power, the other beeps to let you know. All in all, it’s very well built and well thought out.

So far we like this product. It holds a charge pretty well and works at a reasonable distance. My only complaint is that the sound is always on. So if you use a sound machine you’ll be hearing it. Other products turn on when it detects crying.

It took quite a while to find a fully battery operated baby monitor. When we would take car rides or walks in the stroller, we would let our kids sleep and wanted something to let us know when they were awake. This fit that bill and with it being so small, it’s been great! We only use it for short stints so battery life isn’t a huge issue for us. The sound quality is great and range is adequate across multiple floors in our house. It’s pretty cheap but the simplicity is part of the beauty! Also the carrying bag and magnetic function are nifty.
