An awesome product and great customer service
This desk is a real game changer. I have trouble sitting for long periods of time. Doing online schooling will be much easier with the ability to stand. There is plenty of room to work and I love the ability to manage cords so they are not on the desk top. I attached a surge protected power bar to the underside of the desk for easier cord management and to ensure plugs do not get pulled out when the desk is rising. The cup holder and headset holder are also nice extra touches in managing workspace.The putting together of this desk had quite good instructions. After completing the assembly instructions, make certain to carefully read the Instruction manual (1 page double sided). The assembly instructions fail to tell you that you need to initially Press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. If you simply press the button, nothing will happen. The Customer service is courteous and prompt. However shipping can be slow, so make certain they troubleshoot your desk before they offer a replacement. They do make a real effort to obtain client satisfaction.Great desk at a great price.

Overall very happy with the purchase. An electric sit/stand under $200? I was having trouble finding a hand crank desk for that price point.Easy to assemble, took less than 30 minutes. It feels sturdy even at max height on carpet, and the laminate on the tabletop doesn’t feel overly thin or cheap.There are some very nice QoL features like cable management clips at the back center of the tabletop, the cable for the controls is long enough to enable flexibility when mounting, and pre drilled holes make aligning and installing everything easy.Considering how thoughtful some of the other aspects of the design are, I was left with two very minor grievances:First, I wish the power cable came out of the motor opposite the control cable instead of the same side, as most of us will need to run that back towards the wall; and a couple more cable management clips (3 are included) to secure it would be amazing.Second, I would have happily paid an extra $10-$20 to include a plastic or aluminum housing for the mechanism. An exposed spinning bar under the tabletop just feels wrong to me; even if I have not had any issues yet. Photos making that obvious would allow customers to make better informed decisions.Overall, I quite like my purchase and would recommend it if you are thinking of improving the ergonomics of your home office.
