    Jennifer Knowles has researched, practiced, and written a wonderful book that’s a gift to all people, including men, who will read it, learn from it, and use it. After a brief, five-page introduction, three parts contain seven chapters each, so that the 21 chapters comprise the 21-day guide. At 114 total pages, the chapters average five easy-to-read pages each.Part one’s seven chapters help you develop a mindset to manage your time better. Part two’s seven chapters help you to audit how you currently spend your time, and to align your actions and time around your priorities. Part three’s seven chapters offer tangible tools — including a matrix to help you distinguish which tasks and responsibilities are important/not important and urgent/not urgent; and to focus on getting the big things done first.I frequently highlighted, underlined, and made notes in the margins as I read this book. Its practical wisdom for busy women is also useful for busy men and growing children. I whole-heartedly recommend it!

    I bought this book as a gift to myself, as I really need to feel in control of my time! This book proved to be a valuable gift as -through its advice and action steps- it helped me identify my main problem: the hiding spots!!! The easy tasks I spend a lot of time on only because they are easy or offer some temporary pleasure or escape, all the while avoiding all the important tasks that would lead to long-term accomplishments.It really is a “life management” book, as it made me picture myself “on that rocking chair on a quiet porch”! At this point of my life, in the far future, I want to be proud of myself for having lived authentically!

    I love this book! I was able to read it in two days and implement the action steps at the end of each chapter. Not all of them of course, but some of them. In fact, it’s Friday and I’ve taken the day off! Highly recommend.

    I love the way Jennifer writes. It felt like we were engaged in a real conversation and I couldn’t wait to hear what she was going to say next. This book would help every woman, mother or not. Changing the way I view time and tasks has been an immediate stress reliever. I feel motivated to see how many other changes I can incorporate into my daily routine. This is the first book I’ve read on Kindle that I’m also going to buy on paperback. I want to see it on my bookshelf as a great reminder that I AM WORTH IT!

    I was pleased that this is not another typical time management book. The concepts are highly useful and include concepts such as collapsing time and time blocking, as well as questions that made me think about how and if I’m making the best use of the hours I have each day. I also like the doable action steps at the end of each chapter – which don’t require a lot of time! It’s well written and well put together.
